There is no doubt, 99% people will post their complaint if they have received a bad service but a very few would take a surveys if you have a good experience. This place is like that to me. Looks ordinary but it’s really exceptional and one person could make a difference , Miss Bruny is like that. An awesome nice and smiley face lady who really makes a difference. Her service is extra ordinary and exceptional. Anyone can try food from this restaurant as she makes it so good. Thank you Bruny for your best services. It doesn’t cost money to be good to the people. Thanks for your always smiley face. You are a great personal. A good human being. I would love to back this restaurant again and again………

Great Pakistani food with some Indian dishes as well. Loved the food taste and spices which felt so unique. Lahori fish and chicken karahi were really delicious. The owner and the staff were very polite and friendly, would love to visit again . Just a suggestion(we were served on plastic plates instead ceramic would be better for environment too )

Food tastes are good but overpriced for what they give. It’s a new restaurant, so service quality should be better. We ordered Dhuwan Chicken, Goat Shinwari Karahi, Beef Haleem, Beef Keema Naan, Butter Naan and Mint Margarita (non-alcoholic mint lemonade).

Dhuwan Chicken: Taste was amazing; there were only two small pieces – one almost-meatless drumstick and a thigh piece. For the price, we never expected such a meatless bone of drumstick and we immediately showed them the piece but they didn’t do anything about it. 5/5 for the taste, 3/5 for the price, 0/5 for the service.

Goat Shinwari Karahi: We did not like the taste, it had some weird goat smell. Not complaining, maybe we are not just used to that taste. 2/5 for the taste.

Beef Haleem: The best haleem we’ve ever had in Tampa. 5/5 for the taste

Beef Keema Naan: It was really good.

Butter Naan: It was good too.

Mint Margarita: Did not like.

Ordered takeout here through their website. Accidentally made the order for Thursday and not Tuesday (today at time of review). Owner called personally called me to double check, very kind of him.

Had the beef haleem and chicken 65. Beef Haleem had a great consistency, perfect texture. I haven’t had this in several years but it was just as delicious as I remembered. The fresh ginger and cilantro was great with it.

Chicken 65 wasn’t my favorite but it was still very good. I tend to prefer a more dry version vs the gravy version here. Still, great spices and tender chicken. More curry leaves next time though!

Excellent food overall, seems like a great family owned local restaurant. I will definitely be back to try the other meals!

Was here for lunch and ordered chicken Shashlicks for Appetizer $7.99 and Goat Biryani for main course $14.99. While the flavors were good, the quantity was less for the price and so the 3 star review.

We travelled all the way from Charlotte County to have Halwa Puri at Zauq and it was so worth it. Specially during COVID, they had taken all necessary precautions. They serve good Pakistani food items out which we tried their Nihari and Palak Paneer which were decent too. Overall a delightful and delicious experience. For Pakistani food lovers do visit this place as we rarely have options of Pakistani authentic stuff. The owner was very nice and their staff very hands on and courteous. A Must Have!

We were in Tampa for a weekend and happened to go to this Pakistani restaurant. I have to say, one of the best and most authentic food experiences that I have had in a while.

Atmosphere: Seating arrangement is nice and clean. Restaurant recently opened. Taimoor was so gracious and wonderful host who made sure we had the best food experience.

Papri Chaat: Different taste than usual. Loved the taste of it and freshness of tomatoes and yoghurt. Could use a little more of tamarind chutney or it can be provided on the side.

Chapli Kabab: Blown away by the tender, juicy and aromatic ground beed patties, cooked to perfection. Comes with side of fresh salad.

Shinwari Karahi: Highlight of our meal. Tender chicken pieces in amazing tomato based curry. One of the best Karahis we have ever had.

Zeera Rice: Not just boiled rice, this rice was infused with flavor from cumin. Healthy portion size, they gave one bowl per person, complimentary with the Karahi

Naan: Delicious butter naan

Overall 5/5: Worth trying and definitely will be worth your money.

AMAZING FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE!

Butter Chicken tasted amazing and a great portion size!

Nihari was delicious and had a nice gravy.

Naan was super soft, fluffy and well done. Garlic Naan was also very yummy and perfectly tandoori.

Atmosphere is great and very friendly and warm. Can’t wait to try more

Amazing little Pakistani place. I had the chicken Biryani and the Samosa chat. Both of which were absolutely flavorful. Had the Gulab Jamoon for dessert. The host was extremely sweet despite it being the rush hour at Iftar. Would love to go back and try some Haleem next time.

We ordered a chicken biryani n mutton biryani take out last night and was horrified to see literally thick yellow rice with pieces of meat in it. It’s by far the worst biryani I had in my life. They should never call it biryani, it’s a disgrace.
