The food is excellent! I had veal parmesan (2 huge cutlets), and cavatelli (It looked like they cooked me a whole pound!! Lol) Love their pasta sauce! It’s not sweet. It’s just right. (It’s very close to my sauce). The portions are huge! I took home enough for another meal. My husband had pizza. He said it was okay. Not the best he’s had. The service was excellent and fast. They’re eclairs are huge (7.5″ x 4″), AND they are to die for!! I highly recommend you try this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

I lived in Lake County most of my life but never visited here and I wish I would have. Large portions and outstanding taste is what you get. I HIGHLY recommend the lasagna, it was the best I have ever eaten for sure. It even comes with 2 meatballs on the side! The chicken picata was delightful with a wonderful lemon flavor. You should try this place for sure!

It’s nice here. We’ve only done takeout, but they’re nice. I’ll dine in one day. If they cook the pizza a little longer, it’d be soo much better, but my friend LOVES the sausage sub. We actually make special trips here for it. I do recommend trying the food and the cannolis

My daughter recently got married September 26, 2025. I reached out to Zappitelli‘s to see if they could cater her wedding on short notice. Her wedding was only about four weeks out when I called. I was told no problem and the young lady took my Request and gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable, especially on such short notice for Catering. The next day I received a phone call from Anthony saying I ordered too much for the amount of people we went back-and-forth for a few days and they nailed it. Can you believe or even imagine a restaurant that was so honest and so service friendly that they would’ve made More money on my original order . They are just next level everything. The food was incredible. Every single guest asked where we got our food from it was hot was delicious and so reasonable.Any big event or small event for that matter I will 1 million times use Zappitelli. Again, honest and integrity and quality of food at its very highest level. If I could rate this at six, I would! Thank you Zappitelli for going above and beyond. Just an added bonus ,my daughter, the bride kept looking at me, shaking her head and giving me a thumbs up. That should tell all of us all we need to know.

Overall 5 star as a whole. Food, the sauce was pretty average, but the chicken was perfect, the pasta was cooked correctly. Overall flavored was good portion was huge salad fresh. Staff was very nice, service was steady not fast not slow just predictable and attentive. Speed is not always what makes service good! This was our first time here so we will be back to try other entrees. It was a nice evening place was old-school good, its a place that feels like if you know you know, know what I’m saying. 5 stars

Portion sizes are incredible. Adore the decor. My go to’s are the lasagna or chicken parm with angel hair. Salads are great and come with warm rolls. Service staff is prompt and kind.
