We had a wonderful experience here! It’s truly a great place that offers excellent value for money — the quality you get for the price is impressive. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable and stress-free. The staff were accommodating, and the atmosphere felt comfortable for families. On top of that, there’s ample parking, which is always a big plus and makes the overall experience so much more pleasant.

We came for our sons 6th birthday and they gave him pizza dough to play with, and pizza chef hats to decorate, he had such a great time becoming a pizza maker while we waited.
The food was excellent and they brought him a sweet birthday treat. A memorable experience for sure. The service was great very kind and friendly, made the experience top notch!

We had an excellent experience at Zapi Niagara. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and the Hawaiian pizza, and both were outstanding — perfectly cooked, great texture, and full of flavor.
The service was exceptional. Our server Diana was amazing — very friendly, attentive, and professional. She made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit.

The only downside was that our order took a bit longer to arrive, but considering it was a busy weekend, it was completely understandable. The quality of the food more than made up for the wait. Highly recommend Zappi’s for anyone craving authentic, tasty Italian pizza and pasta!

Really impressed with our meal here from start to finish. Our waitress was courteous and even brought over pizza dough for our kids to play with while we waited for our food. Quality of food was really amazing for the price. No wonder they are so popular, best value in the area!

I think this is a great casual, comparatively inexpensive option in town. They need more seating or servers so people can get in and out faster. It can get uncomfortable when people waiting start to crowd inside at the front and watch the customers eat.

All the staff are friendly. I was able to have a pleasant meal thanks to the kindness of the staff who guided me at the door and the server.
There’s a lot of parking right in front of the store.
The waiting time was about 30 minutes. I will make a reservation next time I visit. I would like to visit again.

Good pizza place, old school Italian vibes right in the heart of the tourist areas. My wife made reservations for a decent size party. No complaints on the pizza, place wasn’t too busy however the staff was kinda rude. Took forever to take our order and didn’t check on us. It’s whatever, I liked the old school vibe and the pizza so the rude service cancelled itself out. Thanks for the memories.
