This place was wonderful! The prices were great, the service was terrific (shoutout Terry, you were amazing!), and the food was soooo good. Literally the best Philly cheesesteak I have ever had was at this place. They have some desserts I’ll have to try next time I’m in town. And can’t forget about the pool table! A 10/10 spot. Will keep coming here every time I am passing through this town.

Since the 1990’s we have loved the Zappers salad. It has all the fixins that a pizza has minus the crust and sauce. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The only thing I did not like is the amount of the ingredients that are put in the salad. It’s about 1250 per large salad and it seems to have gotten a lot less on the ingredients(olives,bananna peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc…).I am sure all the other food is good there but the salad was the thing that made me go there when I was in that area. Sadly, I don’t think I will go back there. As I said, staff is friendly, service is great and they are quick but the salad just is not what it was when we got hooked on it.

Stopped in for a home town fix (Beckley). Found them a few miles down the road. Worth the drive Service was amazing. Kind young & sophisticated staff. I seen some new menu options. Dessert Candy apples looked great as well as cake & things, but I stayed focused

We had my son’s very small birthday party here. Service is top tier. Atmosphere couldn’t be better. It’s one of those places where you just instantly feel a rush of nostalgia and like you are home. We love Zappers!

Everything about Zappers is sooooo cozy! I love coming in here because the staff is sooo incredible and go above and beyond to make their customers happy! If you haven’t ordered, I would! The sauce on the pizza has this little sweetness that blends PERFECTLY with the crust!

This place had been my go to for the past 20 years at least. Sadly, I’m assuming under the new ownership? It’s went far downhill. We tried to order a couple pies a few days ago for a family gathering. Was told delivery was an hour and a half at best. Asked when would be the best time to pick up our pies hot. We were given a time. We got there when we were told, cold pizza. $63 Tried to order tonight, Friday night. I called at 10 pm. Oh no, we’re done for tonight the teenager tells me rudely. Says they’re open to 11pm. I was a lifelong customer. I’m done. Try Little Caesars folks. At least it will be hot and reasonably priced. Breaks my heart. Maybe hire one competent adult? Just a thought.. Also added a surcharge for using your card. Try harder zappers. Not like you’re absorbing renovation costs. Hatefully disappointing..

Zappers has been one of my favorite places since they had the shop in uptown Beckley. Came in to town stopped in Zappers about 20 ish minutes before closing. There was nothing available but a salad. Talked to the ladies there very polite was happy my partner got to see Southern hospitality! Only dropped the ball by charging full price on both salads and that was all available. I actually wanted a pizza but got what I could!!!!

I’ve been coming here since the 90s, and even though I moved away a long time ago, I still love coming back here whenever I’m back in town. Excellent pizza from a local joint. Sweet, tasty pizza sauce. Definitely a local original.

This place is not at all what it used to be. Rude! 4 small pizzas and a cheese bread was $80 we told the lady we wanted large and after we already paid then after it was finished she brought out the smallest and we tried to tell her we ordered large but she argued and had the manager call us and she was soooo rude! We used to love this place but we definitely will not be back.
