If I could choose a minus 5, I would! The tea is watered down and doesn’t taste like tea. The frozen strawberry margarita is Terrible! The hard taco was okay, soft taco was okay, salsa was okay, bean dip was covered with watery cheese. The manager was called over to advise that the margarita was not good, he said whatever there’s nothing I can do and no one told me: I said, I’m telling you. I told I’ll pay for it but he needs to know that it doesn’t taste good. The benches are all cracked and uncomfortable to sit on (especially in leggings). This restaurant is Not on my recommendation list!!!!

The staff is always nice and the service is very quick. The food is always reliable. I wish there was a bit more flavor/spice to the food (the only reason I didn’t give a 4 star and I understand they can’t please everyone, including myself). They give good portion sizes. I don’t get by here as often as I’d like because they close for a couple hours during the week and that’s usually the time I’m hungry. Hahaha but definitely try this place!

UPDATE: Go on to the one in Calera. That’s what we do now. This one has gotten so ran down & dingy looking. To tell you the truth, the last couple times I went the food wasn’t as good, the drinks were nasty and the management wasn’t as nice. He acts like he could care less if you come or not and he’s doing you a favor by serving you. Very arrogant man. Last time I went, my sister & I went there for lunch since she was craving Mexican food. I was telling her how great it was there, but I hadn’t been there in a couple of years. I was shocked to see the poor condition of the place. Torn & tattered booths & floors, not to mention They were empty and nearly every table was dirty and food on the floor. It was rather embarrassing but it went downhill from there. The food was not good and looked really unappetizing. And service was non-existent. I had to get up from the table and go get someone to come help us. She had a problem with her drink and wanted to speak to management. He treated her very rudely. I won’t be back and needless to say, neither will she.
