Being from Texas, you expect great Mexican food everywhere you go. The food was kinda flat on taste and quality. I ordered white rice and received Mexican rice. The chips & salsa were the best tasting thing I had for lunch.

Do not order the “spinach” enchilada, if you’re expecting fresh ingredients. The spinach, or what’s claimed to be spinach, was from a can, rather than being fresh. The “spinach” was slimey, with a burned aftertaste. It was disgusting. I couldn’t finish the dish… a waste of money. Very disappointing. Pictures of the inside of the enchilada with canned “spinach” are pictured, below. Gross.

Really great experience. The place was busy with a large birthday party being served but my waiter was attentive and made sure I had my chips and excellent salsas and my Diet Coke while reviewed the menu. Ordered chicken fajita chimi. It was quick to be served and everything was delicious. You’ll see in the pictures that I like neither sour cream or guac… Don’t judge me. I will definitely return to this place.

Service was not great. Food was worse. Got acp that had mushy clumpy rice and was covered in grease and oil. Never seen that before at any Mexican restaurant for ACP. Got queso that tasted like heated up Tostitos sauce and it was $10. Insane.This Zapatas is drastically worse from the others.

I ordered the street tacos and my son ordered the world best tacos and we had the guacamole fresco and EVERYTHING was delicious! The chips and salsa as well! Everything just flowed well with each other! The staff was very friendly and we loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10!

They have great ambience. We had the chicken with red ranchero sauce, the chicken was tender and the sauce good. This is not a tex-mex restaurant. The service was good also. We went to come back and try the chicken with chocolate. Recommend this restaurant.

We were greeted with friendly hostess. Our server seemed a little off. May coz they were understaffed or something. If not she needs a little more training in customer care. Food was really awesome so were the drinks. Also liked home made salsas. I was surprised to find 18% gratuity added for 4 adults and 2 kids for very average service. Will have to come back for tacos but may not bring 4 adults coz don’t want to get charged 18% gratuity. Overall 4.25/5 given the average service and 18% gratuity.

Our family’s favorite Mexican restaurant…. we have been going here for 5 years now… love the food and ambience… their meatless options are also very good (my vegetarian friends also love this restaurant).
