I love zao but this location dropped the ball. Half of the toppings I ordered were not included, the rice was old and clumpy, and this was the side of aioli I got. Disappointed.

I paid a little over 18 for my bowl cause I added veggies and a little extra chicken. Crazy expensive but yummy. Got green curry and the spicy sauce with garlic aioli. I love that you can substitute cucumbers instead of carby stuff. It just ends up so pricey. But I also feel so great after I eat here instead of heavy and gross. So guess it worth it. Staff is always soo friendly but seemed extra friendly today. Will be back and recommend to those who want to feel good after they eat and not like a sloth. 1 bowl does give me 2 meals so I love that as well.

I love finally having a Zao close to me again! We visited this location on what was it’s first official week and was not let down in the slightest. The location is very nicely designed compared to other locations and offers a nice open and welcoming environment to chow down.
As for the food, I could tell both by the line and upon tasting that it was fresh, well seasoned and prepared to the quality that I’ve come to love about Zao. The fresh drinks as well are delicious, especially the Hibiscus one.
Staff was immediately welcoming and helpful throughout the process of ordering. It’s clear that Zao works on proper training which helps set the tone for a new store and puts some other new restaurants of other chains (whom also have opened recently in the area) to shame.

I get the chicken tacos every time and they are just as good each time we come! We also tried the drive thru and were pleasantly surprised st the speed.

Stopped in to buy gift cards and a chicken bowl to go. The chicken bowl was delicious. The food and ingredients were fresh. Loved the bonus they were running on $30 gift cards ($10 bonus card), so I bought two!

Awful experience! Waited in drive thru for close to 15 min with only one car in front of us. Finally got our order taken and the order was wrong when we were at the pay window. Somehow, even after repeating my order to me, they didn’t add everything to the ticket. Got home to eat and the food is mediocre at best. I used to like eating here. Probably my last time visiting now.

The food is fantastic! When you walk in you are greeted by your servers. You are wished a great day when you leave. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. I’m hooked on the food and come once a week (at least).
