Our concept serves yummy, handcrafted tacos that are filled with fresh and local ingredients. Tacos come out when ready so order one or two, enjoy, and then order more! We also offer more than just tacos. We also are known for our rum & tequila bar with an awesome Happy Hour Program. We have an outdoor seating. It’s always a fiesta at Zandra’s.

My wife and I decided to visit this bar for some drinks and some Mexican cuisine. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff and decided to eat at the bar. We sit and the good started and did not stop and we had to leave.
The bartender “Vick” was AMAZING. He knows how to make an EXCEPTIONAL Margarita! He gave us so many recommendations.
We tried the Queso Cheese dip with chips which was really good! But best menu items are the different types of street tacos. I had the rock fish and the smash burger tacos. They were delicious!
For next item, I tried the Elote tater tots topped with Birra beef. This was really delicious and the portion size was plentiful!
The waitresses and Vick the bartender are really great! I will eat here again and I recommend this place!

I come to Haymarket to visit my parents from FL at least once a year and I always come here. It’s usually very good. This time my husband and I decided to go to the bar and have a spicy margarita. The bartender was super rude and dismissive. She seemed like she didn’t want to deal with us at all or annoyed that we only got drinks. It wasn’t busy at all. I was disappointed because I always brag about this place to my husband and it being his first time he wasn’t impressed. Probably just a one off. Hopefully anyways because it’s usually great service.

I’ve been here twice so far during summer 2024. My only gripe is the dining room is not adequately cooled. Both times I came here, it was in the upper 90s outside and the dining room was probably 80°. Our server this evening was sweating and so were other patrons. Please turn up the A/C in the warm months!
The food is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and try the buffalo cauliflower taco. Of course, there are plenty of magnificent meat options as well. My teenage son and I were stuffed after three tacos: the portions are huge and run about $4.50 per taco. My daughter loves the chorizo and tots breakfast taco. I also enjoyed the best mojito I’ve had since I last vacationed in Miami. Aside from the steamy dining room, it’s well-lit, cozy, and the staff are very kind. It’s in a great location, too.

Delicious variety of taco options and the margaritas were perfect. We sat outside and the atmosphere was nice. Our server, Victor, made our experience even better. He was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We will be back soon for sure!

We recently ordered takeout from Zandra’s Restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! We decided to try a variety of dishes, and I can confidently say that each one exceeded our expectations.
First up, the Birria Taco Pack was a delightful start. The beef was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the warm corn tortillas. The rich broth for dipping took it to another level!
Next, the Island Mahi Tacos were a highlight. The fish was perfectly cooked—flaky and moist, with a wonderful blend of spices that transported us straight to a tropical paradise. The corn tortillas held everything together beautifully.
The Tempura Shrimp was another standout. Lightly battered and fried to perfection, the shrimp were crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. They were delicious on their own or wrapped in the corn tortillas.
If you enjoy a bit of heat, the Sweet Fire Shrimp is a must-try! The spicy kick was nicely balanced with a hint of sweetness, and it was a fantastic addition to our taco spread.
Lastly, the Chicken Al Pastor Taco Pack was a fantastic finish to our meal. The chicken was marinated beautifully, and the flavors were vibrant and satisfying.

Super cute spot for lunch! We weren’t over the moon with the service, especially on a quiet weekend. They seemed more occupied with gossiping around the table next to us than serving the whole two tables they had at the time.

Best, delicious, unique taco place yet! Many different options and every one has been amazing. we’ve tried fried chicken, Brussel sprouts, Carne asada, and gyro. The boxes come with a ton of food and as other reviews have said, the three tortillas are not enough!

Very poor service. Waited a long time for anyone to take our order. The place was not very busy so no excuse. Didn’t get our beer order til we were almost done with our meal. Tables never bused during our meal. Appetizer plates stayed the entire meal.
The food was no as good as it used to be.

Great local Taco joint great for lunch. Nice atmosphere with large TV and sports. I am vegetarian and the Vegan Carne Asada on corn tortillas were stellar 5 star. The Cremini mushroom tacos stellar good. Ask for the house hot sauce. They are $1 off at lunch for special.
