I want to try everything on the menu but I just can’t get away from the burger. It’s immaculate. Eugene is not a burger town, and I was resigned to my fate in the mediocre burger universe here. That’s until Zando’s came into existence.
The patty is so soft to the bite, oozing with juice and flavor. Topped with house-made pickles and onions, and a fluffy moist brioche bun. Be sure to add the American cheese. The best burger I’ve ever eaten was a brisket burger I ate in Austin, Texas. This comes really close.
The fries on their own are worth it. Crispy on the outside and velvety soft inside. Drowning everything in the curry mayo is mandatory. This is an exceptional indulgence.

Zandos was an absolutely amazing find when we were looking for lunch. They are a small food truck at entrance to the Whitaker area, across the street from 7/11.
The food and service is exceptional. Guy was super nice and had good recommendations. I got the Porker and a sise fry with the spicy curry mayo. I think it is a Japanese/American fusion thing they got going on and they don’t disappoint.

The food was absolutely delicious and it was so nice that they had a vegetarian option I love jackfruit! Service was awesome as well. I recommend you take your food over to the bar and enjoy the beautiful outdoor patios.

It is so good every time. I love the burger & love the fries (curry mayo forever ) and the cuke salad. I’m a creature of habit but I have a hunch everything there is good. I got a fried fish special once that was fire/amazing. 10/10. Calling ahead is super easy and nice for pickup. Dining in at crow and cart is also great, they have great bevs.

The meat quality? Unreal. The bun? Moist. Juicy. Wet. That was a lip-smacking good burger, and there’s a good reason why this place has got a 5.0 rating everywhere–these are burgers made with love. These are made like addictive crack. 10/10. I kid you not, my husband finished his burger in less than a minute. THATS how you know it’s that good.

Delicious food truck. Friendly place. The menu is small but the selections are good. Delicious cheeseburger. Tasty Jackfruit sandwich; note that the Jackfruit sandwich has long ago replaced the mushroom sandwich someone else previously posted on the menu here.
The fries are nice, and I particularly enjoy the spicy curry sauce for the fries. Note the little touch of the hole cut in the fry box to prevent sogginess
My recommendation is to order from this truck, and sidle up to the adjacent Crow & Cart bar, get yourself a beer, wait for your food and then enjoy both in the friendly Crow & Cart.

Is Zandos the best burger in Eugene? Maybe it is. If you like a big burger with toppings then Zandos is definitely in this conversation. I’ll say for sure, 100% without a doubt the Zandos burger is better than 95% + of restaurant burgers around.
Are the Zandos fries the best fries in town? Well… it is again a fair question. Do you like crispy thick cut fries? If you do then you really should get some here. The fries are fantastic.
Is Zandos Curry Mayo the best dipping sauce for French fries in Eugene? Do you have to ask? If you like your food prepared with care and you like tasty sandwiches, Zandos is a must visit.

THIS ISNT YOUR AVERAGE FOOD TRUCK! Zandos is doing things differently! He is putting his own twist on the food we love. I got a sandwich called the porker. And I was skeptical to the apricot he puts on it. But boy was I wrong! That is so DELICIOUS! He makes his own mayo (I’m not a fan of mayo by itself) and it’s very good. Granted I made mine into fry sauce with ketchup. BUT he also makes his own pickles! So perfectly thinly sliced and if you like a tangy pickle you’ll love it! There are other things I’ll have to try. But I will be back. I don’t know if your name is zando but keep it up zando!

I love Zando’s chicken sandwiches. It really is delicious food! However, I feel like I need a gallon of water afterwards. It is very salty. And I wish there was a different dipping sauce other than horseradish mayo. Fries are bomb too. No bevvies here, but the food makes up for it.

OOF! Cheeseburger was juicy with amazing flavor. FINALLY, Eugene’s answer to a burger. The special was the pork belly ‘bun’ mi sandwich. The pork belly was thick and PERFECTLY cooked. We took the porker to go and ate it cold. I can’t even imagine what it was like hot because cold, hours later, we devoured at the kitchen counter. It didn’t even make it to a plate. P.S. the buns are from Reality Kitchen. IYKYN
