Unfortunately the website wasn’t working for me (as it usually doesn’t) so I went in personally and made my order. They took a little long, but it was due to the pizza being “a little bit too crispy” (their words) so they remade the pizza and give me the crispy one for free too. Zalat pizza is my favorite pizza place I’ve had. Definitely will continue coming back!

We ALWAYS order from here because it’s the only place to get beef pepperoni. We paid an astonishing $46 for ONE pizza despite ordering the BOGO! The second pizza was never made and the one pizza was all that was delivered. to make matters worse, we delivered exactly at 402 PM as soon as the store opened and we wait at 1.5 hours just to receive a COLD pizza.

I used to get Zalat in Dallas all the time so I was very excited to order from here. I ordered online through DoorDash and when my pizza was delivered, 1/2 the toppings were gone because they stacked the sirancha on top of the pizza. Who the heck does that? I tried to call to reach management and of course no one answers the phone. All I wanted to do was treat my hardworking team to my favorite pizza and and spend $50 to receive this? Do better.

Great tasting pizza. That’s what’s important. Other than that, the place looks pretty cool with a large easy to order from menu on the wall as you walk in. The server was nice, didn’t have any issues. Overall good experience, nothing to complain about.

We’ve always really enjoyed pizza from this location, but it was NOT it tonight. I don’t know if you got new cooks or what happened, but with both of our pizzas, there were a LOT of huge pizza bubbles and therefore barely any cheese or toppings. Now I’m nervous to order from here again, which sucks, because it was our favorite pizza place. 🙁

For the (astronomical) amount that this pizza cost, we were very disappointed. The pizza was burnt, and for adding the additional cost
of $3 for every topping you would think it would be “loaded”. I called the manager to also explain we were missing part of our order. He didn’t care at all and said “well, come back and get it”. It was delivered Mr. manager! Usually I am willing to give restaurants another try, maybe it was a “bad” night, but after that rude behavior. Not this place! Go somewhere else for better service and not over priced, burnt dough!
