Outstanding experience at Zaky Zyan! The customer service here is truly top-notch — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. I ordered the Kufta Kabob platter but accidentally chose the bowl by mistake. The owner immediately stepped in and took care of everything without hesitation, which really meant a lot.
The portions are very generous, the food is delicious, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and professionalism these days. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!
The gyro meat was different than I have had before smaller and thinner but still tasty. Chicken kabob meat was a little dry. The only down side was when we ordered and my husband stated he had a tomato allergy they did not make us aware if any appetizers we ordered were tomato free. The appetizers that could have easily been accommodated to our needs were not. My husband’s meal was served perfectly. We will be more clear in the future. Aside from the allergy issue the food was very good and the service felt like family.
Everything is cooked to order, fresh. Delicious side dishes for our pita. The plates were plentiful, HEAVY, a very generous portion. I had the beef shawarma and my boyfriend had the chicken shawarma wrap. We split both and walked out full and happy. The chicken shawarma did have a unique flavor profile and surprised me with a smile. Tender and again fresh. Thank you! We’ll be back!
We had the pleasure of eating here enroute from Dallas to Dubai and the food, hospitality and service was exceptional.
The fresh pita, humus and olives with spicy sauce were a very welcome sample.
Chicken shwarma and lamb bowl were exactly what we were looking for.
Keep the fresh halal food coming and wishing the team the very best of success for the future.
The falafel wrap was a standout perfectly crispy falafel nestled in a soft wrap with fresh vegetables and a delightful sauce. I also loved the fried cauliflower, a simple dish elevated by its crispy exterior and tender, flavorful interior.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. The staff is not only top-notch but the owner is actively involved, making sure every guest feels welcome and valued. This level of personal engagement is a rare treat and adds to the overall outstanding dining experience.
I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic flavors and genuine hospitality.
