I recently dined at this fantastic take away and had an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. Very disappointing. We had heard great reviews about this takeaway, but after ordering a large family meal I would not recommend this place to anyone. Firstly, the online ordering did not work for ‘collection’. After phoning them we were told the website does not work for collection orders. On opening our order, we found that the six different curries ordered had no labels on the lids. So we were left guessing which curry belonged to who. Unbelievable! I had ordered up a lamb Rogan Josh. Small tasteless pieces of lamb in a sauce that looked nor tasted anything like traditional Rogan Josh. Way too red, no depth or good flavour to it at all. I make excellent authentic curries myself so I know what I am talking about. The nann breads were fine though. How folks can rave about Zain’s I have no clue. Never again.

Took a drive through from Paisley to check out Zains as had seen the big daddy box on tik tok, Zains is a family run business and is modern and spotless inside, the staff are welcoming and friendly and last but not least, the food is top notch! That daddy box deal is sublime so fresh tasty and exactly what I was after well worth the drive and was still piping hot when I got it back home, defo my new go to 10/10

Food is good overall, but I would have to say maybe a bit overpriced for what you get. Website doesn’t work for collections, why I don’t know, so had to phone up. Also had to use cash both times on collection, fine but are your card machines not working?
Larger orders are a NIGHTMARE!! NO labels on any of the curries! Is it that hard to put down C-RJ for Chicken Rogan Josh? Get some sharpy pens.

Foods always great, however im not giving them maximum score when the price constantly rises every time they get an award yet they cant deliver in a reasonable time. Ordered at 15:57 and it took over 1 and a half hours to arrive on a Monday night.
Phoned to get an update. Said their order system wasn’t working properly and it was just coming out of the oven. At this point 2 hours waited for food that cost over £60.
Eventually arrived 2 hours and 30 mins after ordered. Ridiculous wait for food so expensive.
