I’m more of an introvert, so I don’t go out all that much. Drinking especially. But places like this are just right. People are nice, food’s great, atmosphere overall is awesome. A good cozy place to have a drink and unwind. Highly recommend 🙂

Went to this place based on the reviews. I feel duped. WAYYYY over priced for what we got. The BLT was not anything super spectacular and cost $15!!!! (Fries not included.) My friend ordered a taco and asked if they were big and was told yes! It came out and was SUPER SMALL. One tiny taco on a big ol’ plate! I ordered a Diet Coke and Malibu and it was $15!!! Holy smokes!!! I’ll NEVER go back!! Way overpriced and nothing spectacular.

Are you going for the food or the atmosphere? That will surely dictate your experience.
Definitely not a place to go for a culinary experience. This place is more about drinking and relaxing while soaking in the tavern atmosphere.
The food menu was very limited. I ordered the chicken fingers. Nothing special at all. It’s your typical frozen chicken tenders that’s been fried.
Service was good.

No nonsense tavern. Bar seating plus a couple of tables available. Plenty of parking. No loud music – in fact, no music at all! I can actually hear people talking without having to yell. They have at least 4 tv’s playing with sports. Draft beer selection is Shock Top, Stella, and two types of Bud. Fries are good and crunchy. Burgers are a good size. I asked for mine medium but it came a little more on the rare side with blood oozing but it was still ok. Menu is super simple and easy.
This is cash only! I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t actually know how much my burger, fries, and Shock Top beer was individually, but it was a total of $20.54 or something.

Old school bar with a local vibe. Stopped here on our way to another event, and glad we did. Lits of history, fun people and a great jukebox! Put it on your list if you are in the area!

My first visit to Zagursky’s was in 1978.
Draft beer was $0.35.
It has been more than 20 years since I moved away.
I’m glad to see that Z’s is doing well.
No food for me tonight.

Very good. Very reasonably priced. Cash only. Best BLT I’ve had in a long time. Nothing much to it, but everything was fresh, the bacon was plentiful and cooked perfectly, just the right amount of mayo and on perfectly toasted rye.
Service was good. Just right for a quick lunch.

I stumbled upon this place on Google and was very satisfied with the experience. I love little dive bars where you feel like you’re family as soon as you walk in the place. The bartender (pretty sure her name was Amanda – bad with names, sorry!) was very friendly and attentive. The owner was there, as well, and greeted me immediately and took the time to get to know me a little. I got a grilled cheese, which was extra cheesy <3, and a couple beers and shots. Didn't break the bank, which is always a plus. I don't live super close to this bar, but I can definitely see myself returning in the future!

Called at 12:37 and they close at 2am.
I’m in the service industry and don’t get out until late and asked if they were still serving food. Considering they make bar ish pizzas and whatnot I thought it was possible. Dude answers the phone and laughs saying “No way. What, are you crazy?” Then hangs up on me. I still want a drink but I feel unsure about giving my business. Crazy
