options with cuisines including Indian, Continental, and Chinese. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The chicken and mutton biryani were absolutely delicious — full of taste and perfectly cooked. Grills, seafood, pasta, noodles, soups, salads, sizzlers, and drinks — every dish was on point.
What I really appreciated is that the restaurant is very family-friendly, with separate seating for families, making it comfortable for family get-togethers and celebrations. Prices are also reasonable for the quality and variety they offer.
Ending the meal with their chai was the best part — truly one of the best teas in Dammam and definitely worth coming back for.
Overall, a well-known and reliable restaurant with great food, good service, and a warm atmosphere.

Today I ordered beef idichathu, appam and a few porotta. The waiter was not at all satisfied with what i ordered. We had to wait for more than 40 min though the restaurant was not so busy. When the order arrived, i asked them why it took more than 40min. And he was like your are just kidding no way it will take more than 40min. I showed him one of the photo i had took when I entered and he was silent. Some other family entered after some time us and they got their much earlier than us with some complimentary starter’s which was not given to us. “From that I understood that if you order for more than 60 to 70 riyals you will be served well”. Our food got served by one of the cleaning staff and not the one who took the order.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to Zafran left me absolutely shocked and disappointed.
First of all, I witnessed something truly unhygienic — one of the staff members was mopping the washroom floor, and within 10 minutes, the same person started serving food to our table. No change of uniform, no gloves, no visible handwashing — nothing. Is this the standard of hygiene followed at Zafran?
Secondly, we ordered Garlic Naan, but were served plain Tandoori Naan instead. Not only was it the wrong order, but the naan was so hard, it felt like chewing on a piece of iron. It was so tough that I cut my tongue twice while trying to eat it. How can such food even be served in a place that claims to be a fine dining restaurant?
This was honestly one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve had in Dammam. The food was below average, the service was careless, and hygiene practices were completely unacceptable. Definitely not going back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously improve their standards.

Very neat and clean family section. Mutton kadai was excellent. Mutton was very soft. Chapati was also very soft. Fish was big in fish grill. Chinese items were good, but taste can be further improved.
Good service provided by Mr. Shamil. There’s a small space available for salah inside.To get Parking in front of the gate is difficult, but there’s parking space besides the restaurant.
