Friendly service, super fast in taking our order and getting out our food. Had a bacon cheese hotdog and a hamburger… both we’re excellent. Back in town next week to give them another try. I think Zack’s is a great value for your money.

The waitress (Red) is super friendly and attentive. My first time and definitely will return just based on service alone. The Menu is typical and food decent, nothing special, but cook correctly! The portions are with in price range for typical breakfast. I will say I loved the biscuit…and I am NOT usually a fan definitely will always pick a biscuit over toast at this spot!!! Kudos Zack’s better then Waffle House which is a national chain. Can’t wait to try a Hot Dog for lunch. I also hear your chili is great

I’ve heard how great this place was and today was the day to try it out. I was so hungry after working all afternoon and needed some quick fuel. I talked to a lady in line who also raved about this original location being better than the other two. My eyes first impression was oh they use red dogs, then I noticed everything else. My taste was not pleased. That’s okay. Everything is not for everybody. Hot dogs in my opinion are hard to mess up. You either grill them and your toppings are on point or they are not. This was not what I expected from the reviews and hype across Nextdoor and the town. At least I know now.

My double cheeseburger was delivered less than a minute after I ordered. So the burgers are precooked. Burger wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Fries were cold and mushy. Good favor on the burger but I wish they cook them to order.

We loved it! The people are super friendly and for $10 – 2 hot dogs with cheese, fries & a drink – you can’t go wrong. Love the old diner feel too.

Just spent 45 minutes trying to get hot dogs and had to get up and leave because all the employees cared about was cleaning up so they could close. Never got our order so we left and when I looked back I could see some of them laugh. Worst service I’ve ever had at zacks and I love zacks hot dogs. I eat there at least 2 times a month. Not anymore. Shame on you.

I come back to change my review. Yes the food is great BUT the manager Phillip is horrible!! My husband was employed there and fell on the job due to too much water on floor. Instead of trying to help him with workers comp after a serious spine injury and refused to file an accident report, they fired him and said they didn’t want him there anymore and screwed him out of his last paycheck. I recommend NOT to work there. Obviously they don’t care about their employees.

Very good place to eat with really good service. My second time here both very memorable. I had a hot dog and hamburger with fries, all delicious. Don’t forget to try the zack sauce, it’s hot and spicy yummy! We’ll be back again!

The person who took my order was very polite. I ordered 2 hot dog combos. One was chili with onions, the other was sauerkraut and mustard and 1 single chili dog. The drinks were sweet teas. When we got home we had 3 hot dogs 1 sweet tea and i have no clue what soda is in the other cup. I am very disappointed for a first visit.
