We chose Zachary’s because they were the only restaurant in Waterbury that delivered to our hotel on a Sunday. We ordered the Pepperoni, which was overloaded with it! The crust was really tasty, but with that amount of pepperoni there was enough salt to take care of my sodium intake for a month! We also ordered two side salads that were good. If we eat here again on our next visit, we will choose other menu items.

My sister and I had a late lunch after a Dr. Appt. We had a wonderful meal and an absolutely great relaxing time! The pizza is Absolutely the BEST I have had in a VERY long time! Their sauce is Great and the crust underneath is crispy, not soggy or undercooked! We ordered the 2 person pizza meal with a choice of mozzarella sticks or fries and a very generous side salad for each of us! It was a great day! I also need to mention that the young man who was cooking and ALSO waiting tables was spectacular!! He does a great job and has a most excellent way of making his customers very satisfied!! Thank you young man, I wish I’d gotten your name!!!

Had a great meal of eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti for me and a small 5 meat pizza for my husband. Delicious food, served hot and very generous portions. We came last year after skiing and made a point to come back again. We will come again.

Food was excellent and portions were HUGE. Loved the eggplant Parmesan and wedges. Chicken Parmesan was great as well. Their pizzas are amazing. The three of us ate like royalty with plenty left over to bring home with us. If you’re in Waterbury, Vermont, don’t miss eating at this place.

Service took much longer than a hungry family would like, but not an unreasonable amount of time. We visited when they were slammed with take-out AND dine-in orders.
Food was delicious, although there were a couple items we could not order due to them having run out of said items (chicken wings being the one I remember).
Friendly service.
I would definitely go back, but maybe not on a Saturday night when the family is ravenous (and impatient).

Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, pizza is great but they barly cut the pizza. Also ordered 10 BBQ wings and the wings were good as well but only recieved 9 wings . $38.95, Over all good food, but they need to pay more attention on there orders.

Food was below average. The chicken in the salad was very overcooked, to the point of being hard and dry. Not pleasant, but the salad itself was a good portion size! I was so excited to try the pesto pizza, but the pesto flavor was lacking and the pizza was greasy. It was pricey and too small even for a personal size. I do think there were better places in the area!

Veggie subs were delicious for lunch, so much so I decided to order a takeout pizza for dinner. Excellent service also from the store manager. Thank you and see you next time!

They treated us great considering we showed up with 12 second graders for a late lunch! Four pizzas, one dip, and two orders of wings came out promptly and were tasty. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the customer service.

We placed an order to go. We ordered (among other things) a 10″ pizza, a sub without “the works” (we asked for this, and then confirmed later that that was how we wanted it) and we were offered a side salad free of charge.
We picked up our food and returned to our hotel. There, we found (among other things): a 16″ pizza; a sub WITH “the works”; and no side salad.
All of that said, the pizza was good and the lasagna was great. But the bill was quite expensive which took us by surprise. And the things they got wrong also took us by surprise (and in the case of the salad, left me pretty sad).
I was hedging between 2-3 stars.
