Came in today my family has been sending me here for tamales for 5 years. Today I stopped in for a dozen. They were uncooked didn’t notice till they were served and opened.
My older aunts and uncles threw them away. I took a video of them to show the management for another cooked dozen or a refund they said no bring the ones no one ate back. I have a video of how bad and uncooked they were.
Things got heated at the restrunt
Then they told me to leave no refund or food . I’ll come here again if you get take out from check that it’s cooked they don’t do refunds. And they tried to charge me for salsa after sent $32.00for uncooked tamales.

Very filling meals and very tasty also. The burrito was rolled very well and held together until the last bite. The steak taco was also very tender and flavorful and stuff with plenty of steak. Looking forward to eating there again.

I just recently ordered a carne Asada burrito and usually they are pretty good at preparing food and it’s delicious but today Sunday at around 7:30 pm after i ordered obviously I went home to eat and after eating a few bites I found a piece of Styrofoam in my burrito and I was wondering why it was hard to chew after spitting it out i saw it was Styrofoam. I went to order steak tacos and was told they were out of steak so I ordered chicken. They then told the hispanic family after me that steak would be ready in 5 minutes. Once confronted, they just said oh well sorry. I would have left at that point but I already paid. I was then met with the DRIEST chicken I have ever had in a taco. The rice was bland and the chicken tasted like canned chicken. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would. Waste of $25. If you don’t mind driving a little further Taco Azteca in Brookfield has great food. I just wanted to try out a new restaurant. I should’ve stuck to what I know.

I ordered a steak taco dinner on yesterday and it was absolutely horrible!!! I’m just now able to type this for the most part of night I spent in the bathroom…… The rice was super dry & Flavorless the beans Yuck annnnd the steak meat and I’m still questioning if that what it really was, was burnt, dry and hard to chew. The shells not warm seemed straight out the pack. A waste of money whole meal was trash do yourself & stomach a favor eat elsewhere

Love getting tacos at this place they are delicious. The meat quantity is great , they fill up your tortilla. The salsa’s are mild . This place is kinda small to eat in but they do have a few seats and table. La agua de jaimaca y horchata are very good . This is my place to go when im craving tacos

Really good steak tacos. Get’em dressed how you like, but lime and red salsa are key ingredients. Parking is limited and tight so bring the smallest car you can.

We called ahead to place an order, and the entire process was frustrating from the start. The woman on the phone kept saying she couldn’t hear us, even though she repeated our full order back with no issue. The only mix-up was her thinking we said five tacos instead of four, which we corrected and didn’t mind. She also said we had to pay over the phone, but when we explained we were driving, she said it was fine to pay in person.
When we arrived, the employee at the front counter told us no order had been placed at all. After we showed the phone number and explained everything, she suddenly said they would “get it out soon.” That’s when we realized it was the woman at the front counter with glasses and brown hair with blonde highlights — the same employee who answered the phone and then acted like our order never existed. Her attitude in person was just as rude and dismissive as it was over the phone.
When we decided to cancel the order because of the confusion and disrespect, she acted like she didn’t care whatsoever and said “ok” with a smirk on her face. When we called back asking for the manager, she claimed she was the manager, again giving us the same disrespectful attitude and telling us that we had to talk to her and no one else.
After mentioning this to friends who also go to this location, several said they’ve had similar negative interactions with this same employee. One friend even said they found hair in their food on a previous visit and believed it might have come from the same worker. Whether that’s true or not, it shows there are ongoing issues that need to be taken seriously.
Zacatacos really needs to address the customer service and cleanliness at this location. Experiences like this are exactly why people stop coming back.

I ordered a carne asada burrito and the meat ended up being too chewy and thick while tasting somewhat burnt. It’s tastes pretty bad in my honest opinion and I was hopping to get a good burrito since my brother recommended this place to me.
