I’ve had Zaaki recommended to me a handful of times and went to check it out. What Zaaki may have lacked in its presentation was more than made you for by the experience.
Admittedly the menus were dirty with old, dried food on some of the pages, but I didn’t let that be too much of a bother. Between the appetizers, hookah, drinks, entree, and desserts my family and I had a wonderful time. The waiter, Abdool, was very patient and friendly, willing to answer any question about menu items. The food was great, and it felt less like we were just having lunch and more like we’d taken a quick trip to the Middle East.
Will be coming here again!

The outside sitting area was good which we could sit for a long time. Very sweet and heavy Arabic sweets. Couldn’t finish it all. However, Coffee and fries were cold. First time I saw that the waiters tip is included and mandatory in the whole charge, which I didn’t know and so I tipped them separately as well! I think everyone should be given the option to tip not charged.

Environment is great ,outdoor seating is large ,indoor is nicely decorated. Food is on point lots of options from authentic Mediterranean cuisine to fresh juices, hookah menu is also great
You feel at home with they’re service so all around best spot around. Hours are awesome 4am with full service is never heard of.

Their hookah is mediocre but that would’ve been okay had we received a coal change. I told them from the start to not give us quicklight/start up coal but the Hookahs came out semi-burnt. Their service is not good by any means, the water Jug was not filled and we were given foam cups to drink in. This isn’t a place I would come back to, i was referred by a friend and I think I’m going to disown that friend as well. The scenery is nice tho.

This is the cup we used for water, the cup is actually for soup.
This place use to be pretty good, a nice spot to chill but recently I saw a lot of new faces.
Managers and servers are change, the staff don’t even smoke hookah himself, what a joke!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been sitting here for more than 30 minutes now and my order (tea pot with milk) hasn’t arrived. Waiters are serving tables with bigger orders first even those who arrived after me.
