My dad who is 89 heard about sour dough pizza and so I googled for a sour dough pizza place. This was the closest one to us in Belleville and they have great reviews. So we ordered what my dad wanted. Pizza and Antipasta salad. I’m not sure who helped me but he was very kind and professional. My dad said it is the best pizza he has had. He is a pizza connoisseur. Lol. To see the joy on his sweet face while eating made my heart so happy. Thank you Za Bro’s Pizzeria for great quality friendly service and making my dad a very happy man.

It’s good pizza,I wouldn’t say best downriver like some reviews state, ordered the cenzo which is supposed to be a deep dish style as stated in menu, it’s not, it’s thin like the rest of there pizza, taste was good but nothing crazy. For better cheese bread and deep dish, go across the street to Sammy’s, they will be my go to for pizza, but after seeing the reviews I had to try them. Ps also more expensive than Sammy’s

Yesterday we tried za bros for the first time because a lot of people on facebook recommended it to me. This is the first time I’ve ever had sourdough crust and I’m completely obsessed. I loved the chewy, crispness of the crust and the flavor was sooo good. The cheese bread- simply amazing. The only thing that was kind of bad was that the crust got really greasy so the already thin crust was just so greasy but I love pizza so I loved it!!!! This place is a definitely a hidden gem and right by my house. Will definitely be back!

Two words: Sourdough Crust. It is a total game-changer—perfectly tangy, airy on the inside, and has that satisfying, golden-shattered crunch with every bite. You can tell they use seriously fresh, high-quality ingredients; the sauce tastes like sun-ripened tomatoes (skipping the added sugar) and the toppings are vibrant and crisp. It’s easily some of the best artisanal pizza I’ve had. Don’t skip the crust ‘bones’—they’re the best part!

I do not mind slightly burnt pizza. It is good to me, but what I had on my order from doordash was maybe the most burnt pizza I had ever seen. I am assuming the pizza is woodfire and it was left in too long? It was absurd.
I ordered three flavors on the crust with butter, Cajun, and sesame seed and could eat none of the crust. In addition, all of the cheese slid straight off of the pizza when I picked it up. I was really looking forward to the pizza as a 4.8 rating is quite solid, and it seems like the intent is good.
My pizza should have never been boxed though, and I would have rather been told that the pizza was burnt and they were going to redo it rather than the pizza I had in that box. The perimeter was nearly completely black and a portion of the crust was burnt so badly it started to turn to ash. Whoever the employee is who I baking and boxing needs to pay closer attention to this. If an alarm needs to be set to pull the pizzas or if hot spots in the woodfire oven need to be found, or if they need to assess if certain crust tipping burn quicker, then it needs to be done.
This is the worst pizza experience I have had in my life, and I think the shop capability is much better by what I have seen online. My experience just seemed to be the furthest from that capability.

My kids and I absolutely love Za Bros Pizza and cheesebread. Every time we order we are super impressed. You can taste the superior quality of the ingredients they use. Ya know how most people don’t care about the crust, well, you’ll definitely be eating the entire slice! Its just so tasty. Worth every dollar! We had The Barnyard and the Whole Steak and Cheese sandwich – absolutely delicious. The bread alone makes this place worth trying. Great portion sizes! The pizza was equally as amazing as the sandwich. Great flavors, size, and value. Can’t wait to order again and try something else!

Great crust and no skimping on the toppings. And the sauce?! Tomato, italian seasonings and garlic blended perfectly, has to be a homemade family recipe.
