I had an iced banana bread iced latte and their stuffed tater tots which were fully loaded with cheese and bacon—so unique and delicious. There’s ample space for parking and even a drive thru! Staff were super friendly and they sell gelato and a sim wide range of smoothies, breakfast and lunch items. They have specials throughout the week. I was able to snag a fully Belgian waffle for only $5! Definitely will be back.

My wife had told me about this place and how much she used to love it, when we found out it recently opened back up under new management we had to give it a try.
The coffee was amazing had gotten a regular drip and my wife got the latte and both were extremely smooth and flavorful.
We had also gotten some breakfast both the avocado toast and savory crêpe were amazing I can’t wait to try the other food they have.
And lastly we got to talk to one of the new owners and he gave us free samples of the homemade Gelato. It was perfect, the pistachio and key lime tasted amazing. I hope this place keeps the quality and service we had gotten to experience because it will probably become my new favorite cafe in the bel air area.
Went back for lunch and the sandwiches and soup were amazing! Everything tastes so fresh and the staff is always extremely inviting and friendly, plus they gave a free complimentary iced tea if you choice that day!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive about my gluten allergy. They offered great gluten-free options and were very conscious about avoiding cross-contamination, which made me feel truly safe eating here. It’s rare to find a place that takes this level of care. I can’t wait to come back!

A quick and casual smoothie/smoothie bowl spot with a few other food options. I ordered the Blissful smoothie bowl and they were very accommodating when I asked to swap out some of the fruit. The sandwich options were pretty standard but the Sriracha chicken sandwich was great. The staff were very friendly and we didn’t wait very long for our food.

I love Z-Vault. The people are friendly, great atmosphere with simple menu, great food and easy to stop in and grab a quick bite. The tomato basil panini is the best and I enjoy hanging out here when I’m in Bel Air in between meetings.

Horrible customer service! Avoid this place, for the employees are incredibly rude! I went today, Saturday, 11/29/25, and ordered 2 BLT’s and a large sweet tea. Was asked to pull around after 5 minutes waiting, and told 1-2 more minutes. Another ten minutes went by and a young girl said my food was prepared wrong. I returned the tea and asked for a refund and she said go through drive-thru, which I waited again. An older guy with gray hair and a beard said you can’t wait 10 minutes. He said there were 10-15 orders ahead of me and I could wait. I said the food was done wrong and I asked for a refund, and yes 15 minutes was too long for NO FOOD. He was incredibly nasty. He reluctantly gave me a refund, and I told him this was the third time in a month this happened and I’m not returning. He didn’t care. Food was good at first, then went downhill fast, along with the customer service! Avoid unless you want disrespect and attitude along with your long wait for food, and prepared incorrectly. At least they told me it was wrong.
Please read Z-Vault’s response below from the owner, which is difficult to believe they said what they did. Just as I expected, no accountability. They’re inferring/implying it’s my fault for not ordering ahead. No problem there, I will NEVER order from them ever again, and I highly encourage everyone not to do so as well. I only hope they’re out of business soon, for they deserve it! The old gray-haired man had ZERO right to treat me so disrespectfully and blame me (as did the owner below) in not ordering ahead of time 2 BLT’s and a sweet tea. Regardless, that should have taken 5 minutes top, and how do you get that wrong (which they admitted doing so), hence the reason for the refund. What I would like for Christmas, Z-Vault to go out of business. Note to owner: when you mess up, fess up, for there’s a word called “accountability”. Obviously they don’t believe in it, for the owner allows their employees to treat customers like garbage and get by with it. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato , it came out hot, no big deal mistakes happen, when my mom asked for them to remake it iced (it’s an 8 dollar drink). They looked at her funny like that drink doesn’t exist. They then waited 2 minutes and handed us back the same original hot drink in a different cup with NO ice in it. They def just put the original drink in the fridge for a second. Like bffr an iced drink with no ice. The staff was just not very pleasant. And it wasn’t that busy either so they just don’t feel like fixing their mistake.
