Food was good but not top notch when it comes to authenticity and traditional taste. Price was reasonable. If you are a ramen enthusiast you may not be too impressed. However, it will pass for a craving.

This restaurant is nestled right within my community, just down the road, making it super convenient with plenty of free parking. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm and humbler , and the food is absolutely outstanding—fresh, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. The warm welcome is constant, the service is consistently good, and the prices are fair. Truly, the food is on a whole other level!

Z ramen is not an authentic Asian spot. The customer service alone sucks, it’s a bunch of kids in there serving you. They are not attentive. Food was edible. If you want a quick lunch or a quick bite that’s cheap because you’re hungry, stop by here. The servers are rude and that alone would not make me comeback. I asked the girl what did she say once we walked in and she didn’t repeat it so we all stood there for a couple seconds and then someone else asked where can we sit and she finally repeated herself. Next was once we sat down they took so long to come over, once she did come then I asked about the broth and another girl came over she looked at me like I wasn’t asking my question in English and almost like she didn’t want to explain. Anyways we had the bao buns which the meat was so chewy, I had the tonkatsu broth with beef and shrimp, and my husband had the Japanese fried rice with shrimp and beef. The broth was very salty tasted like store bought broth, definitely not a homemade simmered broth. The noodle was good, chewy. The beef meat was soft but you could still taste the blood residue on it from them cooking it, the shrimp was tiny. They had no real chili oil the oil tasted like old pretzels in your granny purse. The siracha had a big old clump of old siracha at the end, had to wipe it off with a napkin. Then I thought about using it. Now next thing I didn’t like was they have all the utensils that you will be eating from right next to the fridge where people can go up and grab a soda, cups, spoons, forks, straws, napkins etc. didn’t really find that particular spot a good one. The green tea drinks were okay, just regular drinks with boba. Any how don’t think I would return or recommend anyone with real taste buds to go. If you’re a kid and want to eat ramen sure it’s a great spot. If you’re an adult with a real taste for food then this is not the spot for you. If you are hungry for the price it’s edible. I spent $65. I travelled further for authentic ramen, this spot isn’t a comeback for me.

So this review is for people who want to try a new food for delivery but are scared: I have never been to z ramen in person but I order the tonkotsu ramen and shin ramen weekly, two or three times a week as it is delicious and a nice warm food to eat if you want to feel nice and full and sleepy ! Always arrives hot and fresh and always have all the utensil’s I need . The broth for both are always flavorful and nice. Such a good place to order delivery!

Very average dining experience, I’d personally give a 3/5. The ambience wasn’t special and I wasn’t a big fan of the layout. The ramen was pretty fire though! It was well flavored and decently portioned. I didn’t like the Thai tea boba drink, it tasted watered down and inauthentic (as someone who’s had lots of Thai tea). The service was….meh.

I absolutely love this place. The food is spectacular and there’s many dishes to choose from. Also, the service was a 10/10. I keep seeing negative comments about one of the employees (Hispanic with curly hair,) but her service was very amazing, and not only was she very attentive to my table but i noticed how attentive she was to the other tables even when it was really busy.

Ordered the Korean fried noddles with beef and karrage fried chicken to start. Both were extremely delightful. The noodles were perfectly cooked and tender. The beef was juicy and well seasoned. The fried chicken was boneless but crunchy and paired well with the dipping sauce. The service was quick and our waiter was professional. The grand total of our meal was a whopping $40 including soft drinks! Thank you Z Ramen for an affordable date night 🙂
