Oh my, this was probably the worse noddle I have ever had in my entire Asian life. It’s tastes horrible for a $20 beef middle with a drink. I am a person that can tolerate a lot of food and I can eat anything. I try not to be picky with food, but this store…. Please don’t go and waste your money. The beef noodle shop they had at that spot before was much better and I hope that shop will come back and take over this one.
First of all, the beef was so hard, you can’t even chew it. For a proper chinese or Taiwanese noodle (I’m not even sure what type of Asian noodles they are trying to market but either way, I am confident to say I have acquired most authentic noodles around the Asia area that it’s not anything that I have tasted). The beef wasn’t a brisket. It was a thick cut hard and tasteless beef.
2. The veggie. It wasn’t fully cooked, almost raw to taste. Why did you just dumped uncooked bak choi to the bowl?
3. The noodle, oh my god, it tasted disgusting with some weird after taste. Either tasted like dirty dishcloth or floury taste. It was so unpleasant I had to spit it out
4 the soup was full of MSG so I guess that was the only thing that was not that bad but bad in terms of the lack of character of the soup.
Conclusion: don’t go!

I wanted to get noodle soup with beef. They gave me noodle soup with beef. The beef was 100% fatty. I came over to the person at the counter and told the person that the beef was 100% fatty she responded to me. Yes I know the vendor sent us 70% horrible beef. Then I requested a refund and her response to me was we cannot refund it we can serve you good beef, which they did but the good beef wasn’t good and she made me put it into the same soup. Why are they not just giving the good beef to customers? Why are they serving the bad beef and hoping that people don’t say anything.
This place is terrible. Stay away from it. This is a ridiculous practice when it comes to serving people food.

I ordered peanut dry noodle with minced pork. OMG they gave me half gallon oil like. I’m gonna get heart attack if I finish it. My friend tried the noodle soup. She didn’t like the texture of the noodles. I like the previous one better. At least they have good noodles.
