Looking at other reviews made me question coming but in the end I’m glad I did. We ordered our food and it was done within 12 min. Hamburger tasted great with the toppings I chose and meat wasn’t dry. The real show stopper was the Philly which was packed with meat. The fries amount is crazy just like how they do five guys and wasn’t too greasy my only complaint is that it could do more seasoning. Overall great place like a halal five guys in terms food style and pricing

This experience was wholly disappointing, made all the worse by how expensive this place is (we spent almost $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids, just 4 burgers and some fries). It is not worth it. Save your money.
I ordered a cheeseburger with condiments and lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. $12 for a cheeseburger. Outside of cheap condiments, nothing else I ordered made it onto my burger. It was already not worth the $12, but to leave off the toppings made us feel even more ripped off. We ordered 4 burgers of different types with toppings. The condiments made it on, but “mysteriously” none of the more substantial toppings we ordered did. That’s not a coincidence. By my photos, you can see that what I got – a small burger barely larger than a drink coaster – was not worth what they charged.
We got plenty of fries – which was a decent thing to do since you have to order fries separately. They are overpriced as well. My only suggestion is to make 1 order of fries to share between 2 or 3 people because there’s so many, and try ordering the seasoned ones because these have no flavor.
This place is pricey like 5 Guys, but worse. They can only pull this crap once, because we will never patronize them again after this, and I plan on warning my family and friends.

I had an amazing double cheeseburger at Z burger tonight. This thing was large and perfectly stacked with all my favorites. Me and my two kids split a small fry and couldn’t finish. Our order was out very quick.

First time at Z. Ordered a single burger with everything. This was a well-built burger, layered right, cool lettuce and tomatoes on top and hot beef and sautéed onions at bottom, and the bun not too moist. They have other classic fast-food items like hot dogs, steak & cheese, and shakes. I asked a gentleman picking up three bags full if he likes the food here. He replied: “These are for my kids” with a smile!

A great hidden gem. Unassumingly nested between a 7/11 and gas station, dwarfed by the massive Chick-fil-A across the street. This place is cozy and has the ma and pa authenticity. Ordering was a bit difficult because you can hear the fan of every appliance but the few extra moments at the counter yields the best burger I have had in the longest time. Got a double stacked bacon cheese burger and even got onions and mushrooms. I was not prepared for the TOWER of a burger I ended up with. Known in my circles as the boa because the way I can unhinge my jaw, this one broke me. 10/10 would eat again.

Had an awesome experience at Z-Burger Vienna! The food was spot on—delicious burger, perfectly cooked fries, and everything tasted super fresh. What really stood out was the manager’s hospitality; they were incredibly kind and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming, like I was eating at home. The place has a great atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I hate coming to Vienna. It’s the hometown of my ex—who made borderline personality disorder look like a wellness retreat.
But Z-Burger? That was borderline therapeutic. The cheesesteak hit harder than the emotional whiplash I got from that relationship. Perfectly seasoned, melty cheese, and the default toppings are exactly what you want. Pro tip: add A1 sauce and thank me later.
Vienna still gives me flashbacks, but at least now I’ve got something here worth coming back for. Z-Burger heals…

The taste of the food was excellent. I highly recommend the shakes, just good luck picking which kind you want. It took about 10 minutes to get our order while we dined-in. The staff was friendly and brought our food to us. They give you a ton of fries so you probably do not need to order a large. Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for a decent burger.

We haven’t had a better burger than the one they make here! Their meat is so flavorful and tender, their fries are on par with the burgers; honestly, it’s much, much more than you’d expect to eat! And the service I received from the moment I entered the establishment, from the workers, the cashier, and the kitchen staff, was incredible, with such respect and cordiality!
