I can’t believe I’ve lived around the corner from this spot for the past five years and never been! This is a MUST come if you’re craving something delicious. My wife and I got the combo #1, a Philly cheesesteak plain, and a small order of seasoned fries. The value proposition is among the best I’ve seen in the area – the platter of food that comes out is massive and justifies the price (not to mention the accompanying flatbread and side of chickpeas if you dine in). The bread on the Philly cheesesteak is absolutely addicting – warm, soft, and the meat and cheese inside take you to a comfy place. The fries are “small,” with an emphasis on the air quotes. A small was easily the size of three orders of McDonald’s small fries, and the seasoning is some kind of Old Bay-style seasoning. There is complimentary tea, which is a black tea that you can add sugar to. Zain was so friendly and helped us with understanding some things on their menu, and in general, all the workers are very kind and accommodating.
Best restaurant experience in a while, and we will definitely be back!

I thought this place was too good to be true but it actually is just that amazing. Right when you walk in, the restaurant is really clean and there’s upbeat music. The staff are really friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu. My husband and I ordered combo #1, small fries (which were huge!!), Philly cheesesteak on white bread with no toppings. Total was $41 before tip.
We inhaled our food and finished in less than 5 minutes. First, if you dine in, you get a complimentary appetizer of stewed chickpeas, a couple pitas, a cilantro sauce, and a yogurt sauce. The chickpeas were SO addicting and we put it over the rice and meat from our combo. The sauces were perfect to dip the kabobs in too. Kabobs were so tender and flavorful, with the onions and grilled tomatoes as nice palate cleansers. The seasoned fries were so fresh, hot, fluffy, and crispy. And they give SO much for a small!! The Philly cheesesteak was so flavorful. Bread was soft and chewy, meat was tender and flavored, with the warm cheese enveloping every bite. That also came with a tangy thousand island like sauce that was great to switch up the flavor profile of bites. It was way better than the ones we had in New York!!
We asked for some complimentary hot tea too which was a nice after-dinner drink before we ordered a pistachio milkshakes. Zain was such a helpful staff member and gave us our teas and helped us choose a milkshake flavor too. We will be back soon and will bring our friends!!

I tried Maman Joon Kabob/ Z Burger and loved it! I got the delicious Maman Joon Combo 1 with chicken kabob and ground beef koobideh. It also comes with rice, bread and the essential sauces. The customer service here is amazing and super hospitable. They personally bring your carry out order to you instead of yelling your name, and they even have free tea while you wait!
Tip: if you dine in, you get free chickpeas (otherwise it’s $4 extra for carry-out but still worth it, has a nice sweet cinnamon taste)

Omg food was amazing. I have 3 picky kids but they have something for everyone. From burgers, hot dogs to Samosa (my favorite was the lamb) rice naan kabobs and salads They’re fries are so crispy and delicious. For dessert snatch the crepes, I got the kinder with a scoop of ice cream. Then to top it all off they have black tea on the house.
The service was so god thank Bisma! This is our new favorite spot to eat for the whole family

I decided to check out Z-Burger after reading some great reviews, and while there were a few highlights, overall it was just okay for me.
I definitely appreciated the freshness of the food and the generous portion sizes—that’s always a win. But when it came to taste, some of the items didn’t really stand out. I’ve had better elsewhere, or it just felt a bit average.
One thing I did enjoy was their wide variety of milkshakes. Lots of fun options to choose from and definitely a sweet spot on their menu!

Possibly the best food I’ve had in the whole area! The meat was juicy and flavorful and portion sizes were great! The chickpeas were a delicious surprise as well.

I got combo 1 and shirazi . Was so delicious. Perfectly seasoned generous portions of juicy chicken and koobideh , hot fresh bread , chickpeas and yummy dips. Reasonably priced, very clean, superb service. Highly recommend.

After coming to this joint location several times for both dine in and take out, I can confidently give it a five star for the food, service and value.
So far we have tried lamb skewers, chicken skewers, beef steak skewers, regular burger, bacon double cheeseburger, fries, sautéed eggplants, crepes, yogurt drinks, and tea, here is our conclusion.
Sautéed eggplants, just ok. Original yogurt drink, not bad, milky and not sweet. The skewers are delicious, every single one was good. The burgers were juicy. Watched out for the fries, all you need is ONE , the size of the fries is huge, shareable for the entire table. Strawberry crepes with drizzled chocolate was fantastic.
Inside the restaurant is spacious and clean, can get crowded at times.
Private parking lot.
Highly recommend this spot for its great value, fantastic selection of food and friendly, efficient service.
