Y&Y Sushi was a perfect local stop for fresh and delicious sushi and everything was affordably priced. The rice to filling ratio was perfect for my parents who were on a low carb diet. We ordered the Maki Tray with appetizers fried calamari and fried oyster. The food was so beautifully displayed and our servers were friendly and check on us often. Highly recommend for a fulfilling meal in a cute shop.

everything was fresh and so good. the prices are absolutely amazing. me and my family of 4 got 6 appetizers to share, our own entrees, and 2 drinks each plus a glass of wine all for $154. our waiter was also very friendly and accommodating, he made jokes with us and was super patient. we are definitely going back. this place is the perfect size for solo dinning and small groups.

I have both dined-in & also ordered to-go for lunch several times. Lunch specials are a good deal & the quality of food never disappoints. The service is also very good. The restaurant goes further back and I applaud whoever decorated because the vibe is very creative! Obviously will continue to order! (This review is also long overdue.)

Wanted to try a local sushi place. I came here looking to see if the food was decent. And I was pleasantly surprised. Everything I ordered was delicious. I’ll make sure to come here with friends next time. Only thing is that the ones who served me my food and took my order could’ve at least smiled more. Other than that, no issues

I had an off the menu item I saw of ikura and urchin over rice. I also had a roll with shrimp tempura avacado and eel, and a assorted sashimi dish.
Everything was out of this world. It is really rare to have a sushi place of this quality in our area. They even threw in better cuts! Yellowtail belly and salmon belly. Sooooo good. Thank you Ivy And Staff! I really enjoyed the food and service. Can’t wait to eat there again.

This place is a hidden gem in Flatbush! We had a group of 7 people, and received amazing service! The food was plated on special plates and special rolls were very colorful. Those special rolls were art! So yummy!
Food: I ordered #18 and #25 of their special rolls. They were so flavorful and great textures. I melted. Came out on a cool plate. Almost $14 a roll. Worth it.
Atmosphere: At first glance it looks like tiny store, but they have seating in the back. They have booths and tables. A projector on the wall with cool scenes, makes it feel bigger than it is. Not too loud. Dim lights.
Service: We were served by a mother and son duo, who accommodated my friends wanting split checks, no mayo, birthday cake, and other request with ease. The son was very patient and the mother was very funny!
Overall: While I selfishly hope they stay like this, I hope they get all the business. Please try them out!

So wanted to try somewhere new and close and came upon this Japanese restaurant which was a good pick . Love this choice and the food was amazing and Bryan our server was so pleasant and patient the atmosphere was breath taking clean clean to the max quiet and not loud . Will definitely visit. what restaurant serve u compliments fruit plate at the end of ur meal ❓️❓️❓️❓️ love it there. Had the restaurant for ourselves .

Best Japanese food in the middle of nowhere. It’s a weird location but the food is excellent value. They’re not skimping on portions even in this economy. Chicken wings were mad juicy and batter was light and crispy. Great food would come back. recommend everything I took picture of. Outside looks small but the back has really nice clean private booths in a cool room.
