This was our first time at Yuzu Ramen and we will definitely be back. We have had many ramens over the years, and the ramen served here was one of the best we ever had. Everything was perfectly cooked, with delicious pork and broth. I selected the spicy broth. The noodles were soft and perfectly well cooked. Hope they make it. A great place.

The best ramen I’ve ever had!!!!! You can go to places with more middle varieties or some other differentiator, but you can taste the love put into this ramen (and katsu) in every bite– it makes all the difference. Simple food done to perfection.

I’ve tried several dishes here, including the buns, spring rolls, karaage, ramen, and curry bowls. EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious. The staff is very polite, and they want you to be satisfied. They obviously take great pride in what they prepare.
The ramen is a bowl of noodle art almost with the presentation!
The Marketplace itself, though, seems to be barely hanging on. So many empty stalls. I hope Yuzu survives!

Super cool Ramen spot in the Mt. Vernon section of Baltimore. The staff were so sweet, even made a chicken ramen for my son though it wasn’t on the menu. The broth was extremely flavorful and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. I will be visiting again for sure the next time I’m in town!
