Fabulous restaurant / resort. Incredible food and views. The “snacks” are for 2 people, the “appetizers” are for one as are the “entrees”.

We came here as a party of 10 for brunch and sat outside. It was beautiful! Service was impeccable. Deddy was so attentive, warm and kind. Food was beautiful but the taste was just ok. A little under salted, if I may. Peach gazpacho was too vinegary for me. Also with these kinds of price points I’d expect real maple syrup with the ricotta pancakes. I’d have to say the tea and pastries were my fave and we ordered a little bit of everything.

Yuta is always incredible from start to finish. To me, it’s certainly the best restaurant in the Park City area. The freshness of the farm-sourced ingredients shows through in each of the chef’s creations. Service is impeccable yet unpretentious, and servers are amazingly knowledgeable not only about the food and wine, but also the property itself. The adjacent bar also has wonderful cocktails and a world-class view.

We were really happy we made the drive out to the resort given that some of the reviews are mixed. Our experience was nothing but positive. The service, the food, and the decor were all spectacular. The dining room and adjacent bar are stunning. Our server, Harrison, was very attentive and warm, and our starters and mains were original and delicious. We had a rack of lamb that was incredible. The wine list was comprehensive and deep. Compared with higher rated restaurants in Park City, this one is by far superior.

Me and my boyfriend had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant during our stay at the Lodge at Blue Sky. The breakfast was flavorful and the wonderful view of the snowy mountaints is one of a kind. We love to drink tea and they had an amazing selection of teas, my favorites were the nectar sun and morrocan oasis.

The food is phenomenal, but there is a catch (besides the ridiculous prices). While I loved having breakfast here every morning of my stay, the problems arose at dinner, when the service is altogether slow. I had a bad experience which the waiter, let’s call him Squidward, seemed to be in a bad mood left our table hanging until every other party had been served, paid and left; we were stranded for more than 20 minutes after that point before receiving the check — very strange.

The place is absolutely gorgeous but the food did not impress. We had 4 appetizers and only two of them were good, The mango coconut salad did not have any notes of mango or coconut and the raw fish seriously lacked acid.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was very expensive for what was received. Both the scallops and the lamb seemed confused by the seasonings and small sides that were included on each plate, drowning out the individual flavor of each.

Updated review – returned for brunch with some out of town guests, and was totally disappointed. Despite having what appeared to be a fully staffed kitchen and wait staff, it took forever to get our order, the server never asked if anyone wanted coffee, two people’s meals were served 5-6min after everyone else at the table. Then the food (unlike our previous dinner at Yuta), was lacking in flavor and quality – pancakes were dry, frittata was bland, fried chicken overcooked (though the pastry course was good).

Cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at Yuta. My now-husband and I had our post-wedding “reception” (dinner with immediate family and close friends) there. Due to some miscommunication during the reservation process, they accidentally booked us in a private room we didn’t reserve. The house was packed, so they couldn’t set us up at a table and just let us have the room on them! We couldn’t believe it. Not only that, the entire staff and Carter (the manager) took care of us the entire night. It was incredible. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive and so gracious. Plus, the restaurant is gorgeous and part of a high-end resort/ranch nestled up in the mountains. Do yourself a favor and GO THERE if you’re ever in the SLC/Park City area! You won’t be disappointed.
