Yu’s Noodle Shop is a must-visit if you love authentic, freshly made noodles. You can really taste the difference in their house-made noodles springy, chewy, and perfectly cooked.
The Dan Dan noodles are outstanding, with a bold, savory sauce that has just the right balance of spice and nuttiness. The beef noodle soup is deeply flavorful; the broth is rich and comforting, and the beef is tender and well-seasoned.
The chicken and cabbage pot stickers are crisp on the outside and juicy inside, perfectly seasoned and very satisfying. The spicy wontons are a standout too, silky wonton wrappers with a flavorful filling, coated in a spicy, garlicky sauce that really hits the spot.
Don’t miss the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings)thin skins, juicy filling, and a burst of delicious broth in every bite. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Definitely one of my favorite place.

Wow, what a great find! Seems like everyone else already knew about this gem though! We stopped in about 12:30pm on a weekday and it was packed, thankfully there was a table that just needed cleaned for us.
We looked over the menu, and quickly ordered, starting off with the Spicy Dumplings. After 5 or 6 minutes these arrived. They were tasty, but would I call them spicy? NO, we felt they were very kid friendly.
Then we waited, and waited, and waited….for our soups….the table across from us, who arrived after we ordered, got their appetizers….then they got their soups, as we still waited for our soups…this is why I only gave 3⭐️ for service….were we forgotten about?
We finally asked where ours soups were, and it was still about 5 more minutes after asking when they finally arrived…
Now, these were good! I got spicy seafood, and now I’ll call that spicy….very nice broth with a good amount of noodles and things.
My partner got the pork belly soup…that broth was excellent! I would order that if we ever make it back again!
Overall, even with the waiting, the place is great!

Picture a steaming bowl of silky, hand-pulled noodles nestled in a savory-spicy sauce with ground pork and vegetables and you have the definition of “craveworthy.” The portion is generous, so a starter of juicy pork soup dumplings isn’t necessary but is somehow a must.
The restaurant is charming with Asian decor and plenty of booths. Service is attentive and friendly. Oh, and prices are incredibly affordable. Basically food nirvana.

The Dan Dan noodles stole the show! Dumplings and spicy wontons were really good. It’s kind of giving mini Don Tai Fung in Denver vibes. Gave 4 stars because the timing was a little off and then we had to wait forever for our noodles. They got a big lunch rush and it seemed like maybe the kitchen couldn’t handle it. But all around service and food was great!

Their tomato and egg noodle dish is the most authentic tasting I’ve had in the states, and their Xiao Long Bao is perfectly wet inside, and very yummy. They are outpacing a lot of local dumpling and dim sum restaurants with it.
Highly, highly recommend. All of their noodles and dumpling wrappers are in-house made. I’ve never had longer noodles.

Likely one of the best noodle houses we’ve found in the area. The noodle bowls with the hand pulled noodles, are flavorful and generous, especially the pork belly . Staff was helpful and friendly and restaurant was quite busy for lunch. Prices are great for portions! You can also watch them hand pull noodles with a cozy window seat. We definitely recommend this place, authentic and delicious. My only ding though they still get 5 stars, the wood seats with no cushions are hard on the bum

A good spot for comfort food in the Lone Tree area. It’s definitely worth checking out, though it can get pretty packed – we had to wait 30 minutes even on a regular weekday. The noodles aren’t the best, and I wouldn’t say they’re worth dying for, but still a decent option if you’re in the area.

A true gem of a Chinese style noodle soup spot. You really can’t beat hand-pulled noodles for texture and flavor, and you know it’s legit when you can watch them in the kitchen behind the glass pulling the noodles while you eat!
I think their broths may be even better though, absolutely bursting with flavor. I never leave any of the broth in the bowl here, and I’m not usually one to drink all the broth in these kinds of soups. The beef noodle soup is my favorite, but I’ve also tried the pork belly and wonton ones.
They also have some great dim sum options, try the spicy wonton appetizer for sure. And a huge shoutout to the staff here who are super efficient, accommodating, and friendly too. Have enjoyed chatting to the lady who always waits on me here. Best noodle soups I’ve had outside of China!

Great meal! The noodles were bouncy, well cooked and had great texture. The brisket was tender. I also ordered the spicy wontons…they were great, but didn’t have the spice I was looking for. Overall, I felt like it was a great meal for a great price!

Amazing… I’ve spent time in China and always on the look out for proper pulled noodles. This place is legit. I went for the traditional egg and tomato but my colleagues went for chicken noodles, dumplings and chicken with rice (because.. gluten). Happy to report all dishes were top. Btw No, I didn’t need/ask for the fork they just gave it to me.
