I finally found a Chinese restaurant that makes Egg Foo Yung with the tan, yellowish gravy. All of the previous restaurants I tried, had this dark, thin, almost soy sauce colored gravy. I didn’t like the look or the taste of the dark gravy. I’m from northern Illinois and I had never seen dark gravy like that.
I always stop in unfamiliar Chinese restaurants to get a menu and ask some questions. I asked the person behind the counter about the color of the gravy, he said it was a light color. So I got a lunch order. The gravy was the right thickness and the right flavor, the egg foo yung patties were great, and full of shrimp. I was very satisfied and will be back.

I went and got a chicken Philly combo this does not taste like the yums on park the sandwich literally taste like how a wet dog smells I’m forced to throw it away this was a waste of 13$ I will never in life get food from here again whatever is in this meat is not chicken it’s very disgusting this has to be cat or dog but this is definitely mystery meat

We just moved to the Collierville area and found Yums. My favorite is the orange chicken. It has real pieces of orange rind and has a delicious flavor. The white rice literally melts in your mouth. I’ve only had rice this good at one other place! I could make a meal out of the white rice alone! They give you big portions too. My husband and I order a plate each and can eat on it for a few days. We were going to Panda Express because it’s quick and maybe a tad cheaper but trust me, Yums orange chicken tastes so much more fresh and delicious! Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

This is what I got when I ordered Chicken Chow Mein. My understanding of Chow Mein is fried egg noodles and was surprised at what I got. I called the restaurant and they insisted that this striped onions and celery is chow mein. So, if you plan to order noodles, don’t order chow mein.
I am not of Chinese origin, so I am not sure what “true” chow mein is.
