Today was our first time trying Yummy Thai Food Truck, it was really delightful and delicious and very kind people. I ordered pineapple fried rice and steamed dumplings, they are amazing. We will definitely be back. I give a 5 star.

Lots of vegetarian options, I love the basil fried rice!! The woman that runs it is very nice, prompt and efficient. Food always comes out quickly.

I adore this food truck. Huge portions, fair prices, and absolutely delicious Thai food. I usually get the red or green curry, or the pad kee mao. All are amazing. Medium is a good spice level for me, a little tasteful heat without melting my face. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! So lucky this awesome Thai truck is in Chattanooga. Had the panang curry with tofu (hot) which had a great spice, delicious flavors, and yummy veggies! And also had the pad Thai with tofu which was nice! Spring rolls and the sauce they come with were also amazing! Well done, definitely will be coming back

This is my second time here in 2 weeks! The food is SO FRESH & absolutely delicious! So far I’ve tried the Pad Woosen & PadseEw. Both were FANTASTIC! Medium heat is the perfect spice level for me. It has a nice kick but still leaves you wanting to keep going back for more. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This place’s food is great and authentic! this was amazing and exactly what I’ve been looking for! I got the tofu pad kee mao with level 4 spice and it was perfect. The spice was exactly what I was craving! The tofu was sweeter than others I’ve tried in this dish before but it worked amazing with the flavors and was addictive. The portion was huge too! I also got the Thai tea and it was great. Definitely would recommend and come back!!!!

Saw a food truck out of the corner of my eye while driving down Dayton Blvd one day and it ended up being a pleasant surprise.
We ordered a Pad Thai and a Thai Fried Rice, both mild (just to be safe) and with shrimp and they were both delicious. Don’t expect it to be quick because the food is made fresh and to order. Located on the lot of an old car mechanic shop, there’s plenty of space to park and wait. It was definitely worth it.
Based on their Facebook page that their location on Dayton Blvd and Merriman Ave is a semi-permanent residence so I’ll be sure to keep an eye out next time I’m in the area. I’ll also be sure to crank up the heat next time as well.

Love this food truck! The best Thai food I’ve found in Chatt. I’ve had the pad thai, potstickers, and fried rice so far, and all have been delicious. I order dishes “medium” spicy and its the perfect amount of kick.
