To be honest, I think I had too many expectations. They never asked how I wanted my egg, The egg tasted like oil.
I ordered some fries that I paid $15 for and they only had toppings on top and nothing on the bottom.
I definitely won’t be back

Worst latino restaurant in the area, expensive for what it is. Small plates on plástic plates. Si pagas tanto dinero por tu comida por lo menos que te den un plato decente no plástico como en taco truck. Never will be back. If you claim this to be a restaurant serve your food as in a restaurant. 3 micro-tacos with almost no meat for 10 dollars?? Not even in the best restaurants are that expensive. I made 2 mini tacos out my order.

I came here with the intention of enjoying a cafecito con pan. At first, I was excited to see they had galletas de grageas, but then I noticed the prices on the monitors. They were unusually high, but I figured I was paying for Venezuelan cuisine. I didn’t see a price for the pan but assumed it wouldn’t be much. I ended up ordering two galletas de grageas, a 12oz americano with a flavor shot, and a 12oz latte with a flavor shot. I was shocked when the total came out to $17. It felt strange that the register didn’t display the total like most places do. On top of that, I wasn’t offered a receipt or itemized bill, so I had to estimate the cost myself. Based on my math, the bread was probably around $3, which seems far too expensive for just a cookie with sprinkles.

Our coffees were given in to-go cups, which we didn’t mind since we had laundry waiting at the laundromat, but the cups were only filled about three-quarters of the way. They also didn’t specify which coffee was which, so we had to figure it out ourselves. The service overall felt careless.

When I looked at the galletas in better lighting, they were bright orange, and unfortunately they didn’t taste good at all. I even tried dipping them in the coffee, but it didn’t help, and I ended up throwing them away because I couldn’t stomach them.

My honest opinion is that this place is too expensive, and the quality and service do not match the prices. I don’t plan to come back, but I wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect, even if it means receiving one of those condescending responses from the owner like I’ve seen on other reviews.

I loved the service. Apenas entré y me ofrecieron un pansito de queso calientito. It was delicious, warm bread with cheese and their local salsa que no pica, estaba chupándome los dedos.
I believe there’s bread from different countries, the ones looking like Pan dulce mexicano don’t taste 100% like the ones in Mexico, but it is still really tasty.
They have also food, like soups and they close at 2am on the weekends in case you’re looking for a place to chat with friends (besides Denny’s!)

Tried their sweet round rolls and cheesy tequeños. We lovvvved the tequeños, they were buttery and crisp filled with creamy stringy cheese.
Lis, our server was attentive and high spirited. She had great recommendations for us and was very informative.
She let us know they stayed open until 2am Fridays and Saturday and to-go orders were available to place until 4am.

The cashier and workers were extremely disrespectful. The prices are way too high for what you’re getting, and the food wasn’t good at all. On top of that, if you look at their responses to bad reviews, they just get defensive instead of owning up to anything. Overall, bad service and disappointing food.

Although there aren’t any vegan options on the menu, they’re so accomodating in adjusting some of the items so I can choose from. I wasn’t really hungry so I asked for papellon without the meat and cheese; they added extra beans, rice and plantains. 4 stars for food bc the rice was a bit dry but the rest was delicious and I’d definitely be back whe. I’m near the area
