Quite authentic Chinese food. Probably the best we have had in this area. The price is slightly high, but I would give it a five-star just based on its taste.

I recently tried Yummy Spicy and overall, it was just an okay experience.

The dishes definitely lived up to the restaurant’s name—lots of chili peppers and bold flavors. The dry-fried chicken with chili peppers looked amazing and had a nice crunch, but it was overwhelmingly spicy, almost to the point of masking the actual taste of the chicken. The stir-fried cabbage in the hot pot was simple and decent, though nothing special. The clams in chili oil were flavorful, but the sauce leaned a bit too salty and oily for my liking.

Service was average, not particularly attentive, and the food presentation was rustic rather than refined. Portion sizes were generous, so it’s good for sharing with a group.

If you really love spicy food and don’t mind extra oil, you’ll probably enjoy this place more ‍♀️

Absolutely blown away by Yummy Spicy! We ordered 11 dishes, and every single one was packed with flavor and authenticity. As someone dining with a group of Chinese friends—all from different regions of mainland China—they all agreed: this is the real deal. The taste brought back memories of home for many of us.

From the bold spices to the perfectly balanced textures, every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and truly authentic. It’s rare to find Chinese food this genuine and delicious outside of China. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Chinese cuisine—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing menu, 28 pages long! Nice atmosphere, okay service although they don’t understand the concept of an appetizer being ordered first, and should arrive before the entree. We ordered the app, then took time deciding on dinner and it all came at the same time. They forgot to bring the rice with the food but eventually brought it. Food was tasty, correct size proportion, good quality. Good place to eat, with average service.

GOATed Schezuan food. Lunch special is an amazing value – entree, soup, rice, and spring roll for $12. That’s cheaper than a Big Mac!

The flavors are ELECTRIC — if you like spicy, especially schezuan, you are going to get addicted to this place.

I eat here at least once a month. Great spot for business lunches if your colleague is flavor adventerous.

The dry pots are amazing! Very yummy and authentic Sichuan and Hunan dishes, one of the absolute best in the metro and on par with what you’d find in cities like LA and NY that typically have a lot more authentic Asian and Chinese restaurants. An excellent, no frills spot for really good Chinese food, especially if you like spicy food and some of their dishes are hard to find elsewhere. The menu is huge and I’ve liked everything we ordered here in the many visits over the last year.

My acupuncturist recommended I try this place. Food was great, best Sichuan Shrimp and Hot & Sour Soup I have ever had, anywhere. They have a crazy menu. You have a snakehead in your food, for an example. They have crawfish and a bunch of other things you dont normally see in US Chinese restaurants. They appear to have a solid lunch special menu, and a bunch of interesting sweet sugary beverages, aka “Tea’s”. I plan to return and explore their adventuresome menu!

Delicious authentic Chinese food that includes dry pot and hot pot. If you love spicy food then this place is for you.
Their mapo tofu with ground pork is super delicious with right amount of heat and numbing sichuan peppercorn. Yum! It’s me and my son’s favorite.
Spicy fragrant lamb was delicious as well.

The spicy fragrant lamb was a showstopper and lived up to its name. The salt & pepper frog legs were decent but could use a bit more flavor. Stir fried eggplants were great.

This is honestly 1 of the best Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to in USA. I’ve traveled extensively for work through 45 US States and have enjoyed every meal at this restaurant. The owner and staff are also always amazing, very friendly and always remember me with a smile and great service! Highly recommend you try this place.
