However, on my most recent visit for their weekend dim sum special, I was disappointed. The quality of the dim sum was not up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Yummy House. It lacked the flavor and freshness I’m used to experiencing here, which was surprising given their usual consistency.
Despite this, I still recommend Yummy House for their regular menu items and stellar service. I’m hopeful my last experience was just an off day, as this restaurant truly has so much to offer. I’ll definitely be back just not sure if it would be for the dim sum.
Wait staff was very friendly and attentive….
Average food for higher prices, rice is separate.
I will definitely be trying this place again.
I wanted Crab Rangoon and they don’t have them.
Nicely decorated and even though it was busy when we were leaving. It didn’t seem very loud, considering the amount of people.
Looked very clean and again staff was very friendly and attentive to us.
Also, I ordered 6 rice and I don’t know why they put 6 rice all together
*we spent about $160 as family of 6.
The quality of the food was good and the service was brisk. I ordered the spicy yummy combo. It was not spicy at all and lacked flavor. They did have chili in oil which I added to give it some spice. They didn’t have any Sriracha sauce, which would have added some flavor. The lo mein was good, but no better than your average strip mall take out joint. We have eaten at yummy house in Sarasota and it was better than this.
In closing, not a bad place to get lunch, but not one of those places that you can’t wait to go back to.
Courtesy staff.
Nice looking bar, but.
Beer and wine only.
BUMMER
Will return soon.
Returned several times since first visit two weeks ago.
You could eat here every day for a month an not order the same thing. Excellent food.
Shrimp dumplings, fried sticky pork dumplings, Singaporean noodles, spare ribs, chicken feet, shrimp in rice flour rolls and stir fried Chinese broccoli with ginger were all quite tasty and authentic.
I went there for dinner . The service was impeccable. And so was the food.
