OMG!
Finally found a real Chinese restaurant near my home. The food is delicious! I’m from NYC and in this place there were many Asian patrons! If you see Asian people eating in a Chinese restaurant you know the food is going to be good!
Prices were reasonable and the plates were good portions. I had some dim sum and an appetizer. Can’t wait to come back with friends to order entrees.

Sincerely outstanding service. I have had lots of wonderful servers over the years, however I can not think of one single eating experience that has rivaled Yummy House in Altamonte Springs when it comes to excellence working together. Everyone we spoke to at this restaurant provided truly excellent service and worked together so fluidly. The orders taken for us, the plates taken from us, the drinks refilled for us. Everything was sublime. Truly a hidden gem in Altamonte Springs, and the portions were all so full, everything about the restaurant really is comprehensively excellent. I made a point to compliment the staff, and literally as I was writing this review, the staff gifted us free desserts pictured. Truly can’t recommend Yummy House enough.

The food was delicious. Spicy yummy combo was a great trial dish. Chicken, beef, shrimp. Very much enjoyed this dish. Plan to return to check out other options in the future.

Dim sum heaven at Yummy House! ✨ We stopped in for lunch today and tried a variety of dim sum — every single plate was incredible. The crispy taro dumplings were light, crunchy, and so flavorful… easily a favorite!

The restaurant is clean and inviting, the service is warm and attentive, and the food never disappoints. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious dim sum in Altamonte Springs, this is the place!

Had a few menus items from here and you get a fairly large portions.
Fried rice was good along with beef with Chinese vegetables.
Spring rolls were hot and crispy.
Fish dish was tasty but didn’t care for the texture as it seemed frozen but may have not been. Fried calamari with salt and pepper was very good.
Pork with tofu was good but didn’t have much pork the charsu pork in it, tofu seems fresh and soft.

I was not expecting this level of service from this restaurant. I was amazed the food was great. The place was clean. This restaurant was very functional for the wait staff.

Food was mediocre. I was not blown away but I did enjoy a few things.

Chicken feet lacks the black bean and umami flavor. They are fall of the home tender. Honeycomb tripe lacks flavor as well. They were also tender. The sesame chicken was very syrupy and inedible to it being so sweet. The chicken was battered and fried to a nice crunch but the syrup sauce made it inedible. The bistro lo mein was delicious. It had tender beef slices, chicken and shrimp. The baby shrimp were overcooked. It had broccoli, onions and snap peas as well; we finished the lo mein dish. Steam pork ribs lacked a lot of flavor. They weren’t as tender as I’ve had at other places. The stuffed eggplant is delicious. It was stuffed with shrimp and had a nice sauce with it. Sui Mai didn’t have much shrimp flavor, very pork forward. Sesame balls needed to be fried longer for the crispy outer texture. It was a ball of mush. Pan fried chive dumplings definitely needed to be fried longer. It was very soggy and falling apart; it also didn’t have good flavor. Salt & pepper calamari has way too much batter and bland. Calamari was rubbery inside. Wrong type of batter for this dish.

Ambiance is casual but nice. There’s many tables. The to-go counter is right when you enter. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Service was good. We don’t have a set server, it appeared that everyone worked together there. Some food came out very quick while others took a while. When eating dim sum I do prefer my food to come out at once.

Came for lunch today and ended up going for dinner as well. Lunch was beef with broccoli. Dinner was the orange chicken and it was SO good. This will probably be my go to from now on.

Love this place. Definitely consistent with their cooking, and very tasty.

Restaurant is very loud though, and frequently crowded.

House rice is my favorite item hand down.
