I loved the fact that this place offered so many different varieties of food choices from fish and chips, to Hawaiian bbq’s to Chinese/Japanese food/appetizers. I enjoyed my plate I got however, my husband on the other hand didn’t enjoy his fish and chips. He said guess it isn’t their specialty but other than the piece of hair we found on our fork and napkins, everything else is good.

This was my last time, giving them a chance. I’m a repeat customer and I usually get the salmon bowl but the last three times I’ve ordered the salmon has been so thin and dry. Very disappointing. I’m no longer spending money with people who don’t care about their customers because why would you even serve this to somebody?

I ate here for lunch for the first time. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. There were 6 in our party. The portions were large and delicious. I am bringing a group of 50 ladies so was critically checking it out. Everyone enjoyed their meal and most took half of it home.

Very disappointed with my to go order tonight. After lunch this past week being great! Tonight we ordered for the family, potstickers were burnt/over cooked, and our Teriyaki chicken rice bowls had burnt chicken pieces, 1 piece of broccoli per bowl and several pieces of lettuce instead of the usual amount of broccoli. The same food during the week was awesome. Not sure if they were busy but it was very disappointing after telling my family I found a new place they would love.

I’ve come to this location once and experienced subpar service and now that i’ve been twice, I can confirm it’s not a coincidence. Two times now have I been looked at and ignored upon entry. Not a greeting, a “we’ll be right with you”, or any form of acknowledgement. In fact, the waiter continued to cater to other tables for about 5 minutes before I finally asked to be helped. I understand the rapid pace required to serve customers and the stress that comes along with it, but with the restaurant being far more empty than full, I was shocked at the lack of concern for me as a customer. There was almost a sense of urgency to keep sitting customers pleased at my expense. If one waiter can’t cater to sitting customers and those there for pick-up equally, then there needs to be more than one. Even taking my order the waiter didn’t say hi. Eventually, he gave me my food with no bag, condiments, or utensils and quickly turned around to do something else. That may not have been an issue if I hadn’t experienced the previous neglect combined with the fact that people who came before and after me got their food in a bag. The food here is good but i’m not sure it’s worth the disappointment. Overall a bad experience.

We couldn’t decide where to eat but we finally ended up at Yummy house. We wanted somewhere we haven’t been before. This is a mix of Japanese Ramen and Hawaiian BBQ. We ordered a few items from their menu since it was our first time. We ordered a couple of rice bowls one teriyaki and one salmon, the Karaage Chicken, Chicken KATSU with curry sauce, Loco Moco, Spam Musibi, Pot stickers and crispy shrimp. We also ordered a side order of Kailua Pork and Kimchi.
The food presentation was nice, but nothing fancy. I was disappointed with the Loco Moco, the meat tasted like a regular meat patty. The Kalua pork was nice and smoky but it was a bit dry, the Kimchi’s level of spice was 1. It’s was more pickled than spicy, wasn’t what we expected. This is not to say the food was not good. The food was ok, nothing special. Unfortunately, no one ordered ramen so I can’t tell you about it, heard it was good though :).
The service was ….ok. They served the appetizer but we had no plates, napkins or utensils, we didn’t get them until we had asked for them :). I give the food 3.5 stars and the service 3 stars for an overall experience of 3 stars! Maybe it will be better next visit! Until next time!

Hawaiian BBQ chicken – so very tender and really, really good! Almost tasted like a pork cutlet, certainly better than plain chicken. I’d get it again for sure. 3 cutlets on a bed of fried cabbage, 2 scoops of white rice and a tasty macaroni salad. Get 1 scoop of rice and 2 scoops of macaroni, it was that good. That’s a lot of carbs, I’m gonna be asleep in an hour and when I wake up, I’m coming back. Locals know about this place, lots of delivery business. Good, good, good!

Found this place on Google Maps. We ordered the Family Meal – choice of three Hawaiian protein favorites (we ordered curry chicken katsu, BBQ Beef, and BBQ Chicken) + scoops of white rice and Mac salad – that serves 4. Felt like eating Hawaiian food. Onolicious. The Panko battered katsu is cooked to double fried perfection. The BBQ meats were marinated with lots of ginger and had a great charred tasted. Loved that the meats were on a bed of vegetables. The grease soaked into the veggies. It’s worth the drive into Brentwood to order this meal.
It’s mom & pop owned and the service and atmosphere is like being at a local grinz restaurant.

The name speaks for it’s self! This place is a house of yummy: in the form of Ramen, Poke, and Hawaiian BBQ! Having lived in Hawaii this place reminded me of home somehow! Lastly I’d highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen if you like SPICY this has some heat to it which is all the more soothing! If you want more variety the Hawaiian bbq plate will cover you.

Our second time here and we wanted some Poke – went for the Salmon and Tuna Poke Bowl. That was pretty good, would be nicer if we could customize it. Decent size and filling – totally worth it. Last time we were here I had the Loco Moco – that was pretty good too.
