Delivery driver stole my change, he took what he wanted and gave me the remaining change. When I realized what he did, I mentioned it and he said I’m rushing to deliver another order. Call him several times he refused to come back. Spend $65 on some food and it tasted terrible.

I want to start by saying that the lack of decent Chinese food options in this area has left me with no choice but to order from Yummy Chinese Takeout. If there were any other somewhat decent options, I would order elsewhere in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant.
Every time I order, I am met with a terrible attitude from the person taking my order over the phone to the delivery driver, who bangs on my door like he’s serving a warrant. The food is just okay compared to other local spots, but the service is non-existent.
The first time I ordered, I tipped the driver $5. The next time, my wife tipped $3, only for the driver to insist she give him more, saying I had tipped more previously, pressuring her to change the tip amount. Mind you, we live just three minutes away.
On another occasion, we ordered cheese wontons and were delivered crab sticks instead. When we called to report the mistake, the staff insisted that we ordered crab sticks, a dish I had never even heard of before. They refused to correct their mistake, and the person on the phone hung up on me when I mentioned how terrible their service was. It took a threat to dispute the charge before they reluctantly agreed to bring the correct order. Even then, when they returned, they had the nerve to ask for another tip. By then, we were too worried about what might have been done to the food, so we didn’t even eat it.
Overall, these people are outright rude and show no regard for basic decency. If you are in the area and have absolutely no other option, I suggest picking up your order yourself to avoid the delivery fee and the unpleasant delivery experience.

Just moved back into town, looking for a clean reliable spot for our Chinese food fix. Was recommended by a family member. Inside is clean and well lit. Staff is friendly enough no one was rude and the energy was good.
My partners food was a little bland she said it needed salt which isn’t bad. My wings were a little on the small side but the sauce was good to me. Overall a good experience will definitely come back again.

I ordered beef and broccoli in garlic sauce and an order of chicken wings. The wings were too tiny and dry and the beef and broccoli taste like someone spit in my food. I didn’t do anything to deserve this treatment or service. Wasted $15.89!

Don’t bother spending your money here. It is so unpleasant to support a business who is as rude, unkind, and unprofessional as them! There is always an issue EVERY ORDER- whether it be a wrong item, the worst customer service, or the insanely disrespectful delivery driver! The food isn’t bad, which is why I kept going back, but at some point the line has to be drawn! Please I advise you to spend your money elsewhere!
