Service is so trash here. NEVER WILL I EVER COME HERE!!!!! My boyfriend paid for a meal that they claimed he did not. He showed his receipt on the phone which showed that he paid for his meal. They are straight TRASH!!! Always an issue when coming here.

I have been a FREQUENT purchaser of this restaurant for years more than 6. I recently ordered from here Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 2:55 pm. When I received my food to my utter horror there were roaches including roach larvae in the bag. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed by the time I went to eat my food and noticed the insects and closed Sunday. I just got off the phone with the irate owner who then proceeded to insult me telling me I wasn’t being refunded for my food and that I have an abundance of roaches in my home and I left my bag out too long and one of MY roaches crawled in the bag. I keep a very clean and tidy house and there aren’t any roaches, mice, insects or rodents of any kind in my home. I not only received tainted food, but disgusting customer service and if I were any of you I wouldn’t bother with ordering food from Yummy Chinese in Irvington. The only thing they have that’s yummy is nothing. Disgusting attitude, poor cleaning habits and nasty attitudes equal me not spending my money at this poor excuse of a restaurant again!!! Went there earlier today, got there about 15 minutes before opening, as usual the guy opening the restaurant, the head cook I believe was rude. I decided to call for a delivery, made the order, when it came the driver wouldn’t accept my card, stay away.

Everyone said the delivery guy was awkward. But he seemed normal to me. Maybe a different one. He called said it was here said thank you I came out and gave my card and ID handed the food said thank you and bye and the food was well packed, well prepared, great sharing portions and not soggy or over cooked or under cooked. Just right. Have two extra drinks free. Spent more than $25.00 satisfied is good.
