I love this place so much. I’ve probably been here a total of 10 times now over the last year and I love every single ingredient that they have. I’ve had it all, they cook everything to perfection, never had a bad experience ever. I’m glad this place exists, because after BD’s Mongolian BBQ went out years and years ago, it was a complete loss to a style of restaurant that I loved so much.
I absolutely love getting the veggies that meats that I want to eat, going around the corner and getting a couple different sauces mixed together and the seasonings that they have available, and then the inclusion of the yum yum sauce is excellent because they didn’t have that at BD’s Mongolian BBQ and it is a wonderful dipping sauce! And I’ll be back at least once a month for the foreseeable future as I pretty much make all of my food at home from the grocery store. Anytime I ever go out, it’s one of three different restaurants and Yummy Bowl has kind of taken up the slots of the other to most of the times when I finally decide I want to go out to eat, it’s always yummy bowl.

Yummy Bowl is one of my favorite restaurants! The food was very fresh and delicious. The options and combinations are limitless. I could eat here 1000 times and whip up 1000 different dishes. Service was fast and the food was served steaming hot, fresh off the griddle. I love everything about it!! Try it for lunch for a very affordable, delicious and healthy meal!

Food was delicious. Service was less than satisfying. I initially ordered some sushi rolls, miso soup, and soft shell crab. After seeing the price, I told the cashier I would change the order to a lunch bowl. I waited near the cooking area for my food. When I went back to the front to pay, the cashier had charged me for my initial order and the second order. Again, I had clearly told her I would be changing the order, but she said she did not hear me and the food was already made so I had to pay. I didn’t have time to argue due to needing to be back at a certain time so I just paid. I will not be going back.

A Unique Dining Experience
This was our fourth time dining here, and it remains just as enjoyable as ever. The concept is simple but fun: build your own bowl from a wide selection of fresh ingredients, add your choice of spices and sauces, and leave your tray with a table card that has your name and table number. The hibachi chef grills your meal while you return to your table to wait, and a server brings it out once it’s ready.
I only took a few photos this time since the only thing that changes is the ingredients you choose. It’s worth noting that this place can get busy, especially on weekends, so we prefer coming on weekdays.
Service is consistently good, the restaurant is clean, and the buffet bar always looks fresh. This visit was just as great as the previous ones. We highly recommend trying it. Our meal—two yummy bowls—came to $35.95 with tax (before tip), which is very reasonable. Plus, parking is free and plentiful.
Bon appétit!

Delicious, fresh food at an unbeatable price. You build your own bowl and pack in as much as it can hold. Great value and flavor.

This was our first time here and it won’t be the last. It was so good! For 2 people with drinks, an appetizer, and the bowls it was $40. Not expensive and I had leftovers that will be great for lunch! I love that you get to build, season, and sauce the bowl however you like. You also get to choose what type of rice and noodles as well! I love both so was super excited that I was able to have both without paying a ton extra! Our server was very nice and kept our drinks full. They even gave us Togo drinks and boxes for what we couldn’t finish. Next time I definitely want to want to try their ice cream mochi! I can’t wait to go back.

I was so excited to hear that a new Mongolian BBQ restaurant had opened in Indy, and they did not disappoint! They have all of the typical ingredients you find at a Mongolian spot, plus some unique options such as salmon, sausage, and octopus. They also have tons of sauce options as well. I like how you leave your food with the chefs, and they bring it to you when it’s done. No having to stand around while your food is cooked. One interesting thing is that you have the option of having all-you-can-eat or you can simply pay for your bowl. Most Mongolian places always charge you for all-you-can-eat. Get here early or you may have to wait, as it does seem to get busy. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Overall this is a must try spot for anyone who enjoys Mongolian BBQ!

This place was amazing. First they give you a menu then ask if you’d like a bowl. We were so confused as it was our first time being there. Well let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. Will be visiting again.

First time to Yummy Bowl. It was crowded as this location hasn’t been open long. We really enjoyed picking out our food and our server was amazing! The selection of vegetables and proteins was surprising. We will be back!
