Confusing and hard to get help.

We spent $76 for my wife and I and our four and five year-old kids.

Just wasn’t clear at all how it worked. There was no hostess so we thought you went up to the counter where we saw people getting food, but that was wrong. You have to seat yourself… Basically. I ordered a Miller light and fairly quickly got the wrong beer… Michelob ultra

I got the general child’s chicken, which I wanted with fried rice, but it comes with steamed rice. I tried asking if I could switch it, but the server didn’t understand enough English to communicate that… Ended up with steam rice, which I threw away.

The only option they have for kids is a bowl which was way too much food. The two could’ve shared a bowl and we still would’ve been taking home half… But again the server didn’t speak enough English to communicate that so we ended up with two kids bowls, which was overkill.

My son‘s water was in a Styrofoam cup that leaked all over the table and no one helped us with it. I had to get a bunch of napkins and wipe it all down and go find a garbage can to throw away the leaky cup. They never did notice nor were we able to communicate that we needed a replacement so the two kids had to share a water.

My wife said her sushi was very similar to what she gets at Kroger and there was nothing special about it.

Seems like a good concept once you figure out how to order and what the process is.

Food was really good. Served didn’t speak English and did not explain the process for getting food. We had 7 people and we noticed gratuity had been automatically added(never a fan of this practice).

The food was excellent and everything is a great value. Craft & import beers were only $3.95. We had two sushi rolls, a make your own bowl and a regular bowl, fried ice cream and tempura cheesecake.

Deserts were presented really well and tasted great, highly recommend both.

Our server was amazing and sweet, she came over and talked to our daughter that was struggling with chopsticks and brought her some training sticks. Thank you for your great table side service. We can’t wait to return and try some more items on the menu.

I recently visited Yummy Bowl, and while the food was good, my overall experience was a bit mixed. The flavors were solid, but I still need to figure out the best combination of sauces to really enhance the meal. It was our first time there, so we took a little longer to decide what we wanted, but unfortunately, the service wasn’t the best. The woman helping us seemed annoyed by how long we were taking, and her attitude made us hesitant to ask any questions. She was a bit snappy, which didn’t make for a welcoming first impression.

The ambiance is decent enough for a quick lunch, and the location is fine if you’re just looking to eat and go. However, I think they could improve their customer service and maybe offer more noodle options with the bowls to add variety.

So. The food was delicious. Hot and fresh. But the service was sub par to say the last. After getting our menus, the waiter says “you want a bowl?” Not a hi or how are you and he had a scowl on his face the whole time. It’s hard to enjoy a meal completely when someone treats their customers that way.

Spring rolls clearly store bought. The ramen is terrible. The egg is over cooked. Nori is clearly cheap strips without flavor. No tofu skin in the vegetable ramen. Smallest amount of cabbage leaves. Clearly a poor American knockoff of Japanese cuisine.

The process to get a hibachi dinner bowl was very confusing. Too many step. That being said, the food was cooked to perfection. Will come here again. Water was really good too

Yummy Bowl Mongolian Grill is fairly new in Anderson. If you are new, they will explain how the Mongolian Grill experience works. You will select your raw ingredients from a fresh, cafeteria-style selection, filling a bowl with the vegetables and meats you would like included. After adding the seasonings and sauces you prefer, one of the chefs takes your bowl and prepares it for you as you wait back at your table. You also have an opportunity to order ala carte and from a complete sushi menu. We had two yummy bowls prepared as well as a Tiger Roll and Ahi Tuna from the sushi menu. All freshly prepared and excellent. Besides the excellent food, the price for this meal was welcome. It wasn’t much more than you would now pay with today’s inflated prices at a fast food restaurant. Remarkable value and fun experience. Always tables available when we go, so give it a try!
