What a great establishment! The food was excellent! It was a build your own type of buffet. They cook it in front of you and bring it out to you. You choose your sauces and anything you want. I highly recommend this place to eat at!

Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Had a stir fry with Thai chili pepper sauce. The sauce was exactly as described and I loved it. The pork was sliced very thin, but it was not tender and lacked flavor. The lo mein was excellent and picked up the flavor of the sauce. Veggies were very good.

My son loves this place, when I went I wasn’t sure what I was doing so I will explain.
1)The waitress comes to your table and you get a paper to put your name on, you pick white rice, brown rice or fried rice. She hands you a bowl.
2)You take your bowl to the hibachi area and fill it with noodles, protein, veggies you grab two cups of your choice of sauce hand it to the cooks along with your paper.
3) They bring the finished meal to your table with the rice as the base.
Lunch was 13.99 a reasonable price they also have endless bowls and a full menu with sushi. The veggie and protein section is good they include several meats and different fish scallops shrimp ect.
Worth stopping in.

Excellent food! Yummy bowl really lives up to its name. It was fun getting to pick out the ingredients and sauces. I ended up with a combination I’d never find on a menu, but was delicious! I had bowl with squid. It came out quick and was cooked perfectly. Portion size was the right amount for a dinner. I will definitely make this a regular stop.

Having visited the Dunmore location, my dinner guests and I decided to try this Wilkes-Barre location. We are fairly impressed with the cleanliness, server attentiveness, and kitchen staffs ability to be conscious of patron allergies. Our table appreciates the serious handling of plates that require special attention.
