Delicious donuts and paczki!! We’re not local to Venice, FL but Yummies is worth the drive down! Not only are the donuts and packzi delicious, Allen and Karen Tines go above in beyond for their customers. Be sure to stop in and support their bakery! Last year my husband and I visited to get a couple paczki and discovered one of the lemon filled ones did not have filling. I reached out to let them know and from the get go, I mentioned we weren’t looking for a refund nor a replacement. Just to bring to attention in case there were others that were accidentally missed getting filled from the batch. Karen Tines offered to give a free replacement but it was okay! A year later I reached back out to inquire about packzi pricing this year since we wanted to make the drive down to stop by and purchase some. She remembered me and said she set aside two lemon filled packzi for us for free to make up for the unfilled one last year when we come by. Stopped by yesterday and everything was just as delicious as we remembered (if not, more tasty )!! The lemon filled ones were so good! The custard filled packzi is amazing too! We purchased one of the custard ones and another donut. Very grateful for their generosity. We plan to visit again!

These doughnuts brought a tear to my eye. Delicious old fashion, homemade doughnuts and very fresh! The only hard part was deciding on a flavor! I had a few over the course of the week. I don’t think you’d be disappointed with whatever you choose!

This place is awesome. Fresh donuts made everyday, always old staples and new rotating items, they have very cool Halloween donuts and cookies they’re making for this month. They also make fresh food and even have barbecue! I ate my sandwich before I could remember to take a photo but I’ll include it as a testate of how good it was!

This is such a friendly spot to stop for some sweet treats! The variety is awesome, the quality is amazing and the price varies from 1.99 to maybe 3.49ish depending on the selected item. Scones, donuts, biscuits and gravy, coffee and more! Small shop with great folks behind the counter. Clean, welcoming environment! Will always stop when I’m in the area and highly recommend to anyone I meet! Enjoy some photos of the maple bacon, old fashioned and chocolate frosted. My personal favorites are the raspberry filled and also the key lime coconut (a Florida thing I guess)

This is the second year going and they remembered us from the first year! Our first time there one of the doughnuts was missing its filling. We reached out last year just to mention it to them in case there were other ones that didn’t have filling and we said we didn’t need a refund or anything but this year they gave us 2 free ones to replace the one that didn’t have filling the first time! Great people and great doughnuts.

Amazing donuts and outstanding customer service. I took my three kids to get donuts today and they all wanted the same one. The problem was they only had one left. The staff was so kind they went out of their way to freshly make two more of the particular donut so my kids could all have what they wanted. Thank you for going above and beyond! I highly recommended Yummies!

This is probably the best donuts and bbq that you can get under one roof in Florida. We got a full rack of ribs, a key lime filled, a chocolate old fashioned, a cinnamon roll and a chocolate iced angel cream. The ribs were tasty and definitely the best we’ve had in Florida. The key lime was what you think of when you think of a tropical island dessert. The old fashioned was good just different since I’ve only had regular old fashioned before. The cinnamon roll was a fluffy cinnamon roll that was not over glazed or over spiced. The angel filled was not what we were expecting, the cream was like a vanilla icing inside of a bar doughnut that had been frosted with chocolate cake frosting. So all in all I easily can recommend the bbq, but the donuts for the most part leave something to be desired.
