My first time was yesterday, it was horrible I ordered sweet and sour chicken, I told the lady that I didn’t want my chicken in a batter, now look yah di lady fried the chicken in a batter, when I skinned the batter off the chicken there was no chicken just flour batter, I was so mad, luckily I had some Curry chicken left from that awesome Jamaican restaurant Jamrock Kitchen on 63rd and Girald, I just ate it with that, please do not waste your money and buy food at this place is terrible

This place sucks! I ordered online for pickup at a specific time. I get there at that time however everyone is getting their order before me. I finally get my order and the order number doesn’t match mine. I say this isn’t mine. They insist it is so I just take it. When I get in the car taste the food and realize they gave me brown rice instead of fried rice. So I go back in there and the lady argues with me that it’s fried rice. I tasted it and it’s plain brown rice! It also has no soy taste or onions. Nothing that could convince me it’s fried rice. I ended up just asking for a refund. The lady was arrogant and wrong and instead of just fixing it she decides to argue. So I’ll never go back.

Yummi Yummi is our go-to place for take out Chinese food. Being vegetarian, I can always find something I hadn’t had in awhile, or go with an old stand-by like General Tso’s Tofu. Prices are great and the service is very quick…can’t ask for much more than that from a take-out spot.

Spent $25 on 2 platters. One was beef chow mein, which as we know chow mein refers to the flat noodle as opposed to lo mein which is a thicker noodle. I received beef with cabbage and celery. I called in and to my surprise I was met with an attitude and I was told chow mein is not a noodle. The fact that they felt it was okay to serve someone something different than what they ordered and paid for is sad and unacceptable. Horrible food and customer service! Save yourself a headache and order from elsewhere! AVOID!

Delivery estimate 10 mins short of actual delivery time. Also very stingy with sweet and sour sauce. Not enough for large serving. Food good otherwise

The food is just ok here… pretty much your standard American Chinese food that is on the bland side. I have really tried to like this place but it just isn’t in the cards for me. The first time i ordered from here i ordered online and was charged extra for the privilege of doing so. I didnt realize this at the time or I would have called in or walked out of the laundry and just walked in to order. Even though I ordered ahead i still had to wait about 15 min for my order. The second time i ordered from here i was smarter and walked over to order. The Second order i was smarter and walked right over to place my order. Cane back in the 20 minutes i was told to and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. I get home with my order and realize they forgot my 4$ spring-rolls and by this time i am 15 min away and they closed at 10 pm . The 3rd and last time i ordered was actually my sons order. Once again we are at the laundromat and i told him he should just walk over and save a few bucks which he does. He tells me he placed his order with no problems but the person taking his order and cooking it were the same person and no English was spoken so when he said asked fir kung pow chicken light on the peanuts the guy must have thought he said more peanuts and then more peanuts because while he didn’t have long to wait he also didnt get kung pow chicken! What he did get was a bland version of kung pow peanuts with a smidgen of chicken. So to make a long story longer, i will not be choosing this establishment again the next time i am in. The mood for Chinese American food.
