Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 – ordered a Shrimp Yakisoba to go. Yakisoba is a noodle stir-fried dish so it was quite odd to see all the ingredients separate in our container. None of the items were grilled/cooked enough and the sauce is just drizzled on top so it wasn’t incorporated.
Service: 5/5 – very friendly cashier that was speedy. It was odd since the cooks stop what they’re doing and stare back when we tried to watch them cook. But after getting the food, we can understand why since they probably didn’t know how to cook.
Ambiance: n/a – ordered food to go
Value for price: 2/5 – The pricing on their paper menu is wrong (even the one provided outside their shop) and the actual cost can be different by up to $1.50 per dish!

Always enjoy their food so I was so disappointed that my egg rolls and yummy bowl tasted of burnt dirty grease. We were last order I’m sure. Picked up at 9pm. Called next day had receipt and some of the food and they refuse to replace them. I can’t believe they would rather lose a customer then replace the food that cost them probably 1.50 to make and I payed 22…. That’s all fine and dandy but am a faithful customer by George!!!!!

I ordered a Boba tea extra boba and salmon avocado roll. The tea tasted fine but as you can see in the picture, even though I clearly paid for extra boba I didn’t get it. I asked the cashier if he could take it back and fix it. He said that was extra, the normal is less than this. The salmon avocado roll was fresh.

I’d been in there around 9 times or so. So the kid at the register knew us. The meal was 35.03. I had 2/20’s. So my dad stayed there while I ran to the car to go get 3 pennies. The kid refused to ring us up over 3 cents even he knew we had it whether I had the change or not. Very embarrassing….for them. Not to mention the food. When I’m ordering Hibachi Steak and Shrimp for almost 15 bucks and get 85% rice, 10% vegetables, and 5% steak and shrimp. Not worth it, I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on. Not to mention they charge like a dollar for a small cup of extra salad dressing. What a nickel and dime, penny- pinching (quite literally) restaurant.
