We visited this place as it was the only restaurant near our home that was open late at night.
The interior felt a bit dated, but it was cozy, and the service was very friendly.
We ordered some fried dishes, and they were crispy and delicious.
It’s a nice spot to enjoy sushi and fried dishes late at night in a relaxed and comfortable setting!

Fabulous! The Pad Me Mow and Sweet & Sour were so good. Knocked it outta the park.

The sushi is excellent, but I want to give a shout-out to the Karaage Don plate which is my absolute favorite. I’ve had karaage don elsewhere in Seattle and nowhere has it been as tender yet crispy as it is at Yume. The rice and sauce that come with are excellent as well. I usually get dinner and the next day’s lunch out of it. We got into a habit of getting it about once a month for a while and Mandy who runs anything customer-facing is a gem.
I absolutely love this place. The inside doesn’t seat many and it’s often incredibly busy for dinner service – prepare to get take out or wait for a table.

Beautiful decor, small inside but great for two (or groups up to 4-5), and easy street parking. The fish was fresh, the staff were friendly, and we both agreed the parmesan panko crusted scallops were easily the BEST we’ve ever had. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will definitely be adding this to our list of favorite, must-visit sushi restaurants in Seattle!

Yume Sushi is a cozy, family-friendly spot. Mandy is so kind and welcoming — we always enjoy our visits.

It was absolutely criminal that they were nearly empty when I arrived, they should have a line around the block at all hours.
The value for money here is amazing, and honestly even at value price, the only complaint I have is that I wish the agedashi tofu broth had a touch more seasoning (which was happily solved by a splash of soy).
Seriously though, it’s not an expansive menu, but what they do they do well. Please visit. Also please note they are carry out only on Fridays. I will be back on more than a few Thursday afternoons.
*Edit to add they have some of my favourite chopsticks ever for a dine in place.

Quite possibly THE BEST salmon skin hand-roll I’ve ever had! -and I’ve had sushi in Tokyo, Japan. Time Sushi is family owned and operated, making it even more intimate and special. Mandy part owner and operator is one of the nicest restauranteurs I’ve ever met. Due to the economy they can’t find wait staff, which means you need to pick up take out or do like I did and eat your sushi on their lovely sidewalk patio. After a carafe of sake I didn’t even mind the colder temperatures Wear your parka and keep this delicious Magnolia sushi restaurant open!

Honestly some of the best sushi I’ve had since moving to Seattle.
We got the Magnolia, TuMa, and Hama tail rolls with albacore nigiri. All of these were incredible and extremely well prepared/fresh.
The atmosphere was also great. It’s fairly small on the inside, but cozy with great decor. The music isn’t overwhelming so it’s a great spot to talk and catch up.
The staff is also super friendly.
100% would recommend!!

The hidden gem of Magnolia. The food is so good and the people are amazing. We last ate in in the beginning of 2020 and now first time since then. Amazing food.

Delicious American-sized rolls for American palates. Seems like they’re short on staff so don’t expect stellar service. The whole operation appears to be geared toward takeout so consider picking up instead of dining in. Don’t bother coming here if you’re looking for more traditional sushi that’s closer to Japan quality and flavor. Also don’t come on a Friday if you want to dine in as the dining room is closed.
