We got the seafood and beef ramen. Both were very good! Normally I’m not big on ramen because of the lack of flavors. Their broth had great flavor and depth. Even the add-ins didn’t disappoint with taste

They did just open, so I’m going to give them some breaks. If you go now remember that their employees are still learning, and that it’s going to be busy because it’s new and exciting. Everything that I tried tasted good. The place was comfy, the servers were friendly, and I like that they wear gloves in the kitchen.

Amazing service, authentic Japanese cuisine, beautiful presentation, complex flavors. Wonderful ambiance, better than Aja’s 30. Masterful ramen.

I thought overall this was a great expierence. We got ramen and a don bowl. For the appetizer we got dumplings and gyoza.

Everything was pretty good.

The ramen was a shoyu ramen. It comes with chili but we got it on the side because we were afraid it was too spicy. It wasn’t.

The tonkatsu don came with a special sauce that was tangy. The pickled radish and Naruto maki were fun to try. The Naruto was a mild fish taste.

Both had soft boiled seasoned eggs and chasu. They were incredibly easy to bite through. The pork chasu was very flavorful.

The chicken dumplings were good but the flavor was a bit bland. The sauce helped.

The pork gyoza was great. It was not deep fried more so pan fried but flavorful.

The service was great . Our waitress was busy but very attentive. The place is cute too.

I read a comment about the food being similar to what you could find in Japan, so I decoded to give it a try. All in all it was great, but the ramen lacked flavor/spices which made it taste pretty bland.. aside from that it was a good experience!

This place is amazing! They have so many options so even if you’re not feeling like Ramen, there is something for everyone. The gyoza and crab Rangoon’s were delicious. Honestly, best I’ve ever had in Panama City. I thought the Ramen was a little pricey, but it’s authentic and they give you plenty of it. I got the chicken Katsu Ramen, and ate every bite.

This place is also beautifully decorated. I was impressed by the atmosphere and unique decor. I will definitely be a regular.

I’m very picky when it comes to ramen. I’ve tried ramen in bigger cities and I usually don’t get impressed easily — but Yume Ramen honestly surprised me.
The broth actually has depth and real flavor (not watered down like many places). You can taste the time and care that went into it. The noodles have a great chew, and the toppings — especially the chashu — were fresh and well-balanced. Nothing felt rushed or careless.
For a new restaurant, this level of quality is impressive. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern Japanese vibe. The staff was friendly and welcoming without being overbearing.
If you’re serious about ramen and not just looking for “noodle soup,” this place is worth trying. I’ll definitely be back.

This restaurant is beautiful – very open and comfortable. The food was delicious, and our server, Reyna, was very attentive. My husband had the chicken fried rice and I had shrimp teriyaki. Large portions and great flavor.

I’ll try again another time. Maybe they just need time to work the kinks out. They had one hostess who was running around the restaurant whole the front lobby was filling up with people. We stood there for over 5 minutes while she was on the computer and running around. Nobody greeted us. We finally got a table and waited almost half an hour for appetizers. They had no flavor and the dumplings were lukewarm warm at best. I lost track of how long we waited for our ramen, which was average. Our server was sweet but she never came back once the food was delivered. So we got no drink refills. We didn’t expect to be in and out quickly, but we also didn’t expect to spend 2 hours for a lunch stop.
