Jasmine was able to answer all of my questions with no issue. She was able to substitute and or remove anything that I didn’t want. All of their colors are naturally occurring! When I asked to see an ingredient she uses, she happily obliged my request. The service was phenomenal, and I had a great conversation too. The smoothie itself is easily one of the best I’ve ever had! I drank it much faster than I had planned to. I will definitely get it again!

Yumberry bowl is delicious! You can’t pick a wrong choice of bowl there. My favorite is the Blue Bayou and Bali Breeze. They just came out with 2 new flavors for the summer that I can’t wait to try: Pina colada and watermelon splash. Good customer service. They also have a rewards program, I believe its buy 10 bowls get one free. Yum!

We go here a decent amount. However when we went today we were looking at the menu the lady said it would be awhile she has a few to make ahead of us. we told her not a problem a few minutes later our group decided on what we wanted and stood at the window waiting for her to have a few to take our order and she said I told you I am very backed up with orders and I am not taking anymore for quite a while so might as well take a seat. It was abruptly rude we chose not to order there 5/26 around 12-2

Ate about half of my smoothie bowl when it was delivered & it was soupy, so I put it in the freezer & then went to eat it again at my lunch & started chewing something that wasn’t breaking down. Turns out it was plastic. Don’t eat here!! This is disgusting.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless they are 5 star because I like to keep my negativity to myself but I go to this location A LOT and the serving size is inconsistent and so is the consistency. Yum berry is my favorite place to eat because it’s delicious and healthy and I go to other locations as well BUT this one is the only one where it takes forever to get the food and I always feel like I’ma bother by going in to order. Which is making me want to go in less. Customer service is severely lacking.

I love Yumberry Bowl so much!! The bowls, smoothies and popsicles are always so delicious and taste fresh! I love this sweet & healthy option for snacks and food on the go. The only reason why I’m giving Yumberry Bowl Medford 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the customer service. I arrived at this location with my two children with a little more than 20 minutes left before closing time. All of the chairs were already stacked on the tables and the girl at the counter told me that dine in seating was available earlier, but not anymore since they were closing in 20 minutes. We had to eat outside on the dirty cement sidewalk with the cold wind blowing on us. We finished by 6:00pm (closing time) and there were still two people ordering inside when we left. The doors were even unlocked for me to throw the garbage away in the trash can. If you close at 6:00pm, then seating should be available until 6:00pm. I would give a lower rating if the food wasn’t so good. This location needs to improve customer service.

They have now moved into a mobile space which is cool. But the guy making my order seemed dirty, dirty nails, sort of unkempt. I called in my order, it was incorrect, but I took it anyway because I don’t like wasting food. At their building location, the employees were clean and presentable. I don’t think I’ll be back again. This place has gone downhill.
It’s unfortunate because they have yummy food. Do better Yumberry bowl.
