We ordered 5 breakfast burritos and a dozen doughnuts. We were headed out of town, so we got the order to go. First it took almost 35 minutes to get our food. Since waiting got us a later start than we wanted, when it was ready, we grabbed the food and ran. Once we were out on the freeway, we passed the food out and began eating. The burritos didn’t have much seasoning or flavor… even the chorizo. After a couple minutes my son found a long hair in his burrito. Soon another hair was found in another burrito. Then my wife bit into some eggshell in her burrito. Being completely disappointed in the burritos, we turned to the doughnuts. They were okay. They had a strong yeast flavor which was not great. We had gotten a couple bear claws despite their policy that each bearclaw counts as two doughnuts. So we only got 10 doughnuts in our dozen order. He bit into the bearclaw and it was still doughy in the middle. So there we were, 30 minutes into our trip, $80 lighter, and no food to eat. I will not be going back. Terrible.

The best donuts I’ve ever had! The apple filling, in the bear claw, tasted just like homemade apple pie and the chocolate cake donut was crispy, yet moist, in just the right places. Breakfast burritos are yummy too and the lady working the counter was friendly and helpful.

I recently discovered after years of going elsewhere the beauty that is Yuma’s Donuts. I haven’t tried the actual meals but the donuts were warm and soft and delicious as they should be. Clean shop with a helpful and accommodating staff; worth checking them out.

Sorry, but this donut with raspberry fill, is really nasty. It looks like that flavored gel bought in Walmart. It was our first time trying their food and we weren’t impressed by it. The cinnamon rolls are ok, but they could use more cinnamon. The freshness is questionable as well. Will not be returning.
