Don’t take this the wrong way, you can eat here. We ordered Gyosas to start and I’m happy with it. For second I had a Shoyu ramen. I enjoyed it but feel like it can be better.
Definitely the only thing I did not like is the service. You know when you don’t feel welcome? Like that.

Good place if youre craving for some ramen

Food is good. And the ambience is good too. The only thing im concerned about is the service.
Me and my girlfriend craved for some ramen so we tried something in town, which is Yuma Ramen. Its our first time.
Its not busy, like theres only 3 tables that the servers are taking care of.
I had to ask quite a few times with what we need for our food. Asked for sprite and its in can didnt even offer a glass with ice. No water refills. And just plain nothing with the service. Drop food on the table and didnt even bother to ask hows everything.

They put gratuity for 2 persons. Didnt even informed us.
The gratuity is not worth the service they provide.

Hope it gets taken care of

Thanks

I’m leaving this as honest feedback, not a complaint about taste or service.

I ordered the Gyudon, price at $35, which the menu says comes with “1 lb sliced chunk roll Angus beef.” The beef portion served looked much smaller than one pound, and it appeared to be thin pre-sliced beef (hotpot slices) rather than a clearly identifiable chunk roll cut.

The food itself was okay, but the menu description sets a very specific expectation that didn’t match what was served. If the weight is raw weight before cooking or if the cut is different, that should be clarified.

Clearer menu wording would help avoid confusion, especially at this price point $35.

* I intentionally ate a good portion of the beef to better judge the serving size, possibly 8 ounces at most. and even then it did not seem close to one pound.

Was happy to find this place near the ski village! It was a busy night when I went to visit, but the food was served on a timely manner. Ramen was delicious and the interior was very cute.

The ramen is delicious; we ordered the Shoyu, but we paid much more than the ramen alone was worth, plus the tip, of course

We visited Yuma Ramen in Park City as a party of four. When we received the bill, we noticed that gratuity had been automatically added. While I understand that it’s not required to verbally inform guests, it would have been appreciated, especially since this is more commonly done for larger parties. A bit of transparency goes a long way.
As for the food, we ordered two crispy chicken ramen, shoyu ramen, and tonkotsu ramen, a side of shrimp tempura, a melon drink and two hot teas. The noodles themselves were very good, and the crispy chicken and shrimp tempura had a nice texture. However, the broth for all four ramen dishes was lukewarm and very mild in flavor, which was a bit disappointing overall. Our total bill including gratuity was just over $160.00. I guess I was expecting more for that price.
That said, there were definitely some positives, and I hope this feedback is helpful for both future diners and the restaurant

Pretty disappointed with the ramen. The broth was salty, and so was the pork. Flavor just wasn’t there. The portion was big, but overall I didn’t really enjoy it. Probably wouldn’t come back.

I wish I had taken photos but Meh is all I could say. One waiter running around with his hair on fire. Food was marginal at best. $25 for a ramen bowl should warrant some level of freshness. One of my boys ordered the kids ramen and after one bite said it didn’t taste right. Myself and my two younger sons ate here. We had three bowls of ramen and it was $85. I’m happy to pay for good food but unfortunately it’s definitely Meh.

Came here based on rating.
Ordered the basic tonkatsu and chicken katsu
Rice.
Extremely disappointed. Firstly ramen was extremely salty. Does not taste like vine broth, more like salt and miso?
Rice was dry, chicken was dry and crust was peeling from the chicken. Cheap breast meat which was soggy. Seema like too much water in the meat itself.
Not authentic.

Really wanted to like this place. But unfortunately came away pretty disappointed. The ramen was pretty far from what I was expecting- no usual toppings like green onions, Bambo shoots, bean sprouts, etc. The broth didn’t have the salty richness you’ld expect from a tonkontsu style broth. The “crispy chicken” was essentially a very dry katsu chicken. The noodles seem like they came out of a package from the grocery store. Honestly I’ld just drive the extra 30 minutes to Jinya Sugarhouse if you’re craving ramen.
