Very poor and unacceptable customer service from the employee right to the owner. Overcharged me for food that I didn’t order. Wouldn’t even offer to correct the mistake. We were repeat customers. Not any more. You shouldn’t treat your customers so poorly and argue with them when your employee made an error. Sad not even a simple apology.
Oh and our fish sandwiches were raw too.

If you want some good fresh wings with fresh oil everyday and clean pots and pans. I’d recommend this place for sure. The wings are crunchy and juicy, salty and sweet. I’ve had wings from other franchises and they dont, I repeat, dont compare to these. They are so good, I wont eat wings from anywhere else. These are the best wings around. Dont need ranch to eat these like most places. The ones picture are the honey Carolina reaper and omg they are addicting, I ate all 10. Yum.

Received a gift certificate to this restaurant. Wings were good, but drowned in sauce. Loved that I could get all drums or flats. Location is not inviting to eat in. Good takeout. Seasoning on fries was way to salty-would request no seasoning next time. Onion rings were good. Staff was really nice. Would try again.

Didn’t feel like cooking tonight. Easy enough fix. Stopped into a local spot, always get their side salads .. know the price, and sent my son into business. All is well at this point. Until I called the business asked to speak to the manager/ or owner really don’t actually know who the unprofessional chick was that got on the phone . But I feel disappointed in the customer care model for most small businesses , . She was rude, condescending, unprofessional, & belligerent. Instead of making things better she went totally left drama queen and all. Accusing me and my son of being unable to place a simple order and calling us liars for requesting 2 side salads when we were upsold garden salads . It’s not the price at all, it’s just the lack of understanding and or tactfulness during the whole transaction, with her ending the call abruptly saying she does not know how to accommodate us, and she doesn’t care if we ever come in again to buy another salad . Be careful what you say because I found this place thru word of mouth through coworkers. You can’t be rude, and nasty just because you didn’t take the time to at least hear me out. And I will give you your wish of not ever coming back to buy another salad from this business. I pray you don’t treat others that way.. keep your money and keep your salads. It was never about a $10 order. #Do better

Was going to Buffalo Wild Wings but decided to try this place as it was closer. I’m glad I did. Ordered 10 pc wings with Sweet Orange sauce and white rice. The wings were cooked fresh. Good sized wings that were meaty, moist and crisp. The rice was cooked just right. The orange sauce was just sweet enough. Great service with great tasting food. Will go back again.

The lady at the front was nice so that’s why I didn’t return the food but boy oh boy was it terrible. I ordered the chicken bowl and the rice was extremely hard and cold. You could so tell it wasn’t fresh. The two shrimp and 3 pieces of chicken breast were warm that’s about it. Never again. Threw my money away along with the food
