If you are in the Hell Kitchen area, Yum Yum Too is a cozy establishment that offers Thai cuisine. The service is consistently exceptional, characterized by courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness.

For our appetizer, we opted for the coconut shrimp, accompanied by a sweet chili sauce. For our main course, I chose the shrimp/pineapple fried rice with cashew. However, the rice was a bit greasy for my preference. My partner had the Penang Curry served with white rice. The dish was flavorful, but it lacked the desired level of spiciness. We requested an extra spicy curry, and pepper flakes were provided for additional spice. The Thai iced tea was refreshing and tasty.

In terms of facilities, the bathroom could benefit from improved presentation and cleanliness.

Service was prompt, atmosphere was ok… not too crowded. Food was decent but more on the fast-food side.

Orderer their dinner special for $20 which came with 2 pieces of Veg dumplings and Pad Kee Mao. Everything was extra greasy and oily but tasted good. The $20 dinner special is not worth it in my opinion as you get much smaller portions

Outstanding place! They have 2 different 5 course meal options that are really good! You get a lot of food and it was all delicious! I had one of the 2 duck options and it was cooked perfectly. They also have a regular menu, but the meal deal was too good of a value to pass up! The staff was very attentive and helpful.

This place has the WORST thai food i’ve ever had in my life! I’ve tried so many thai places in Queens specifically and it’s one of my favorite food categories, but this place destroyed it! To start off, the soups were incredibly greasy and just tasted like water. Next, the peanut sauce is a JOKE. It’s incredibly CLUMPY, it looked like a big pile of goop. It did not have the right consistency, and it quite frankly tasted extremely artificial and old. I mean can you see it cracking? The salad did not taste fresh either. It was really difficult to get service in here too, waiters would constantly ignore my party, and they forgot our dessert when we paid for the pre-fixed set. It’s safe to say I would not visit or recommend this place to anyone. It is extremely mediocre. Definitely not worth $40+

Found this little place by accident – so glad we did! We opted for the ‘five course’ menu of soup, salad, spring rolls (or steamed buns), a main and ice cream (green tea or coconut).

We were brought a pint of iced water without having to ask, and the beer we ordered came with chilled glasses. Both greatly appreciated after the hottest day on record in NYC!

The first three ‘courses’ came together – effectively a starter altogether. This isn’t a complaint at all, just pointing out that while 5 courses might seem too much, it was the perfect amount. And delicious too! A sensible limited choice menu apart from the main – plenty of options there, something for everyone. We both chose Pad Thai (yes yes, I know) and were extremely happy with our choices.

Great value, plenty of choice, and all super tasty!

Talk about an amazing experience and a fantastic meal. We had the prix fix dinner. Soup, salad and , appetizer entree and ice cream. It was a parade of sensory pleasures, my soup was spicy but perfect heat and salty goodness. The salad was clean and fresh. My entree was a taste of the ocean with brine and texture flavor. My coconut ice cream amazing.

Yum Yum Too in Hell’s Kitchen is a go-to spot for tasty Thai fusion, just a short walk from Times Square. The food’s flavorful and affordable, with favorites like Tom Yum noodle soup, Pad Thai, and coconut ice cream. It’s a cozy, casual place that’s great for a quick bite or a relaxed dinner before a show. Bonus: it’s ADA accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly entrance and seating, so it’s easy to get in and comfortable for everyone. Friendly service and delivery options make it even more convenient.

Pros: The food is served quickly, & hot.
It’s still afordable…

Cons: Everytime I’ve been seated without being accompanied by a Caucasian guest; I’ve been seated next to the bathroom 3 consecutive occasions, while not busy at all.
When they first opened, they had gracious & beautiful service.

The flavors arent as potent as this place was once upon a time, from great place to (NOW JUST OKAY) an extention of the original yum yum Bangkok further down on 9th ave, which is now closed permanently sadly. (At the peak there was 4 locations in a 2 block radius- they expanded too fast.)
The daughter of the original owner ran the place far better.

Met all my expectations for a corner lunch spot. Crispy vegetable spring roles and a very tasty Drunken Noodles. A nice basil flavoring with a hint of heat. A great meal at the right price for being in Manhattan.

There is a lot of competition with thai food in Hell’s Kitchen but Yum Yum gives you some of the best deals and great food. They have a very home owned environment and business which I want to support. I’d like to see more people notice them.

When I’m looking for take out for lunch or dinner i think from all the places I’ve tried, they have the best takeout and best lunch deal. Go support them. They make sure you are fed for sure.
