I made a online order through direct order to pick up my chilia and sugar twist to get picked up at a certain time before work. Even got proof that I paid and everything the lady was rude over the counter kept telling me oh u have to contact Uber but I was the one picking it up myself. So she made the oder again n then was charging me for the items when I already paid online for it. It wud be nice to contact someone to return my money.

The food just isn’t the same. Cream cheese bagel made my husband sick. The texture was like a stale pizza. Pastrami bagel was also stale and hot chocolate was more water than cocoa.

I placed and paid an order the night before and picked up around 6:05am. My donuts were not ready but I did ask a guy and he was friendly. I moved to the side since my donuts were paid and it was getting busy. I asked a Hispanic lady making a sandwich about an update to make sure they had it going & she was so RUDE to me for no reason. She made the most annoyed/disgusted face at me and told me I had to get back in line when I had already been in line. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so shocked at how rude she was to me and this was all in Spanish. Other than that, the experience was good!
